I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding one of your distributors in South Africa, located at Crown City, Cnr Renaissance Blvd and Discovery Dr, Mines Building D, Johannesburg, 2092. On 14 June 2025, I bought an Adegso 58cc chainsaw from this distributor. The machine is only three months old and has hardly been used, as I only use it personally when visiting my farm. Recently, when I attempted to use the chainsaw, it would not start. I returned the machine to Adegso Tools on 28/08/2025 and was told that a mechanic would collect it the following day. However, two weeks passed with no progress. On 13/09/2025, I went back to follow up and, to my surprise, found the machine lying in the same position where I had left it, clearly not attended to. When I inquired further, I was told that I had used the machine without oil, which is completely untrue. In fact, the staff member who initially assisted me, Imra, is the one who removed the oil from the chainsaw when I brought it in for repair. Despite my explanations, the manager informed me that there was nothing they could do and that my only option was to purchase a new machine. This response is unacceptable, especially as the machine is still under warranty. I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter. I believe I am entitled to a proper repair or replacement under the warranty terms, and I would greatly appreciate your intervention.
Bolt has been deducting money worth R1135.00 from my account which I never used,I can not get hold of them.
PMD is useless am sorry, I have 4 month without my car,I have been called three times to collect my vehicle only to find out is not drivable. I won't advise anyone to go for PMD insurance,they don't respect or consider this customers.
This is just an update on the progress of my vehicle at Nu Wagon Autobody. I visited the workshop yesterday on 19/07/223 and I discovered the following about my vehicle 1. They have not attended to my car yet and no job card. 2. The car is currently standing in the Sun outside on their premises for over three months while I was thinking they are currently busy with it. 3. The car has been moved to another location without my knowledge. 4. On 17/07/2023 I received an sms from my insurer(PMD) that the vehicle is in the stripping department, awaiting parts. This is not true the car is laying just outside with no progress. 5. I told my insurer not to take my vehicle back to Nu Wagon since they failed to repair my car at first, very rude management(Mr. Brian), and my request was not fulfilled. I have attached all the pictures to show where my vehicle is been held at the moment and where they claimed that the vehicle was repaired before. Please see the before and after repair pictures. I am not happy at all with my insurer(PMD), dishonest, no communication, and their service provider(Nu Wagon). Your urgent assistance will be highly appreciated since I have been without my vehicle for the past four months.

I have been calling Pmd for the past 2 weeks to follow up on my car.Their consultants are not honest and they always promise to call me back and they never did.I really want to take this further,it's almost 3 months without the car.
Dear Sir/Madam, This is totally unacceptable I had an accident on 27 April 2023 and PMD took my car to the repairer(Nu Wagon) and they didn't fully repair my car(Mechanically). After I was told to collect the car I discovered the following: .Car Overheating .Repaired/painted bumper torn. .BMW Batch sign was removed. .Funny sound on the suspension and control arms. I have been trying to follow up with PMD for the past two weeks, they provide me with the same answer(waiting for the services provider to send them additional cost). I even spoke to Zolane on Tuesday and promised to provide feedback which he never did. PMD Service is very poor and there is no communication.
Good Day, Not happy at all about Warranty Solution. this is for the second time I try to claim and I was rejected. I have a problem with my car overheating and it falls under Cooling system according to my Policy. The mechanic discovered the oil cooler is faulty now the insurance is not willing to help me.I am not happy about Eugene Williams I dont think he is doing his Job.
