What a terrible experience I had with this app. I’ve been trying to withdrawal my money from the site and keep on rejecting the transaction. I think it’s a ***** site and they are busy ****ming people. I’ve been trying to withdraw my R900.00 and they keep on rejecting the withdrawal after I submitted all my documents to verify myself. What a ****
Checkers Seapoint is the worst Checkers ever in Cape Town. I shop there every week and so far the shop had been untidy and the staff talking loud and not very helpful. Today I waited in the line at the cigarette counter while one of the staff was paying for his things and shortly after that another staff member jump into the line and scanned his blitong for the other one to pay for him. Really head office you need to step in and sort out the staff that has no customer service. I've been going there for a very long time now and most of the time the staff is not friendly or helpful.
I bought bedding online and it was said my order was on its way. A day later was sent a sms to tell me my order was canceled after it showed that the items was available. Terrible customer service and I had to phone head office to find out what was happening with my order. Very disappointed in the service I received. Not even head office had a reasonable explanation why I did not receive my order. So I learn for the 3rd time from buying something online. Very unprofessional staff and company.
I'm so disappointed in Truworths/Office london online e-commerce charges that was charged to my account. The amount of R505.00 for ordering something from one store to another store is ridiculous. I will not support any of these shops again. Only to-date have I noticed that I have been charged for every online transaction. I'm so disappointed and I will never ever support this company again.
Very disappointed with the company and customer service. I have my slip and tags on clothing and it's not even a month later to exchange it. I will never recommend YDE to anyone. Disgusting to say the least!!
Worst customer service. Agents online but never reply when you need help. Not good at all. Problem never gets solved and always takes a week or more to reply to emails. Very disappointed with Yoco overall!
To whom this may concern. I went to the KFC in CANAL WALK CENTURY BLVD (as written on my slip). I went in the store just before closing. The shop still had a lot of clients waiting to place orders and to receive orders. I went to order my food and I can't even tell you how disgusting the counter looked, dirty marks all over and slips laying all over. I saw not one person working there, cleaning after a client placed an order at on a counter while most client lean over the counter. The floors looked disgusting and in covid time it is not sanitary at all. There was a guy I looked at his name tag, called Athi K who was shouting while taking off his mask. Shouting at a girl to close the doors because they are closed and she was letting people in. There was no social distancing nor sanitary items at the door. I think CANAL WALK really need some good management and training to make sure the companies name is not dragged through the mud. After waiting for an hour for my food I was basically the last client to leave the store, with other clients who ordered before me left already. I don't mind waiting for my food but that was ridiculous. I will never ever return to that KFC again and I won't recommend them to anyone. After spending so much money there, I expected better. Very disappointing to say the least. Hope to get a written apology from the store manager, who are never visible when I visit that store. Regards Mr Da Silva
I'm so disgusted in Pick n Pay. I went to go and buy 12 hot dog rolls and they charged me R30.60 for 12 rolls. Come on Pick n Pay you make your own rolls and still sell them for so much. No wonder there's hungry people that can't even afford to buy them. You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging so much for 12 roll. Really disappointed.
We went to KFC in Century City and had the worst experience ever again. The wings was burnt and the chicken was very small. The staff had a attitude and messed up our oder. Not good at all for the name of the company putting staff thats got no customer service at all. Very disappointing I will never support them again.
I have a credit card with Woolworths, and every month I see that small amounts for every transactions for each that was done are being deducted for taking something over 12 months,and i stlll pay a monthly instalment as welI. I pay my instalment every month on time and then those small amounts still get deducted as well. I was not informed when taking out this credit card at Woolworths that there will be extra charges as well. This amounts does not even appear on the Woolworths app for that matter, that is how clever they are. If I had known this is the case I would never ever take out a credit card with them. When calling to the credit card department they could not even give me a straight answer. Terrible service from them and a rip off.
