Dishonest and terrible services
This is a service that I have used a couple of times and have had minor issues with running late. Paid upfront for services and owner Shuiab did not pick my vehicle up after my husband and I calling and texting for over 45minutes. We had to pay another valet service. I finally got hold of the owner and he promised to reimburse me which was on the 16/01/26 to date I have not received my money. Terrible service and from a small business owner. Rude and disrespectful
I had booked a skin analysis appointment a month ago, providing all my details. I arrived at the appointment location, which was quite far from where I live, only to find out that the lady who performs the analysis wasn’t available that day. I confirmed that my booking was indeed correct. I then asked why no one had bothered to call and cancel my appointment. The lady rep**** that it wasn’t her job and that she couldn’t help me. This was quite unprofessional and rude. How can one shop at a store when they don’t prioritise their customers’ needs?

Poor management
This is for the poor service from CTM PINETOWN. The manager has no business being in that roll. Went in to an exchange and couldnt be resolved with the poor management on this establishment. Left and went to Springfield branch which was such a breeze.

This is a lady posing as a breeder for cats, residing in kzn. SA. And has given us such a hassle purchasing a kitten. Please be wary of this breeders company. Sweet dreams cattery

disappointing service
Just thought I would give a review on one of our few delivery services which happens to be so disappointing. This would be my second time ordering from them. First experience was when they came after delivery time and made me walk a distance due to not being able to locate premises. Second was not adding proper info to a gift. Small problems but inconvenient to say the least.

Excellent service
Excellent service for your pets. Left my dog whilst on holiday for 10days. He attended their training as well as boarding. He came back all smiles not depressed and training really has worked. He had grooming done as well. Great staff and good place for your pets to stay while you away.
