Haval Heidelberg is the best
Haval Heidelberg is the best. The receptionist is always welcoming. From the first time I took my car there, she was so friendly to this day. She listens to customer's needs. She deserves an award.

Poor service by scorpion death claim dept.
I'm really disappointed by the poor service received from scorpion funeral claims department. I emailed the death claim form together with the required documents on the 16 May 20. I waited for the payment until the 25th May. I phoned in the morning the lady I spoke to promised to check my documents and get back to me. She never bothered to call me. I then sent an email complaining about their service. They then called me. They looked for my email which shows that they never bothered to check the claim. They eventually found it and the lady named Annah promised to call me the next day that is Tuesday 26 May 20 but she didn't do as promised. I then received a message that they are looking at my claim and I should send an affidavit. Up until this day no call and no payment.

Outstanding service provided.
I emailed the company on Friday 22 May 2020 requesting for a death claim form, it was emailed to me within an hour. I emailed it back with all the required documents on Saturday 23 May 2020. They paid the money in my account by Monday the 25 May 20. I must applaud them for the outstanding service provided to me. They really care.

Leaking windows
From Durban to vereeniging 18 December 19. The windows were leaking as it was raining. The service has totally changed. Day robbery R590 bus ticket for what.

Tax return
