Received burnt Cheesy Chips and normal chips , dry overcooked Steers Burgers. Sent the images to Mr D immediately! Steers Fishoek - pathetic food quality! Ordered a book for the BHRDT degree; on 06th March 2023 and the assignment was due on 24th March, sufficient time to get the book; but to date, on 12th April 2023, nothing. Details listed below, confirming the nonchalant attitude around, even after informing them that the book was needed urgently. Their site showed "in stock", hence why I ordered it. We have an accountant following up with the suppliers so that we can dispatch the order as soon as possible. 5th Update ; DH - Wize Books (Wize Books) 11 Apr 2023, 18:14 GMT+2 Good day That order has been delayed until after the 18th of April. 6th request : When after the 18th April will I receive the book? : NO RESPONSE!

Terrible service and didn't fix the initial problem : just made it worse by by passing codes etc and now there are burnt wires on the starter. Definitely not recommended
It's been an unfortunate experience receiving expired stock.The Kitchen Cheese sauce received is expired. I received this order 23rd June 2021 and the sauce EXPIRED 26 SEPTEMBER 2020. Almost 1 year , what if I didn’t check the date??? I could’ve ended up in hospital. This is such bad service if your shoppers are not checking the expiration dates. The item was only credited 6th July after 3 follow up.
#SupportLocal .... Standard has been so helpful over the last 2 weeks. With the impact of Coronavirus they have been exceptionally helpful. Given a pre-approved payment holiday. Consultants are friendly , great service experienced. 5 stars all round.
Terrible service. Burnt onion rings. Over cooked fish. Chips was cold. Asked for new batch, got given re-heated chips and burnt bland onion rings again. For something so simple, hake and chips. How did they get that so wrong. Horrible. Spur in Tokai. Little Creek.
