I had a burst geyser. PSG Assist followed up immediately and every day after the incident. They kept me up to date with all the procedures and the dates when the contractor and electrician was coming to me. The personnel of PSG Assist was so very helpful and friendly. Thanks for all your help.
It started with reports of a pyramid scheme, scandles and resigning of the attorney. Now in March the dividends are not paid. No one answers my emails or Whats-apps. They've send out a voice-note stating that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, and no answer yet. Apparently a group are looking to buy Kleuterzone. No feedback on that yet and no dividends for March so far . I want to know if I can sell my shares

I saw an advert on TV where Verifi will find forgotten policies etc. I contacted them to search for the policies. All of a sudden Discovery contacts me, asking why I want to cancel my annuity. I told them that I don't want to cancel it. I asked who requested for it to be done. Traced back it was Verify asking for the cancellation. Who gives them the right to cancel policies as they wish. Luckily Discovery was quick enough to let me know. What if annuity was cancelled and I did not find out.
I tried calling several times. 0860 11 2011. I am trying to pay my late husbands Credit card. I hold on for 20-25 minutes at a time. Who has airtime for this. Don't the want the payment or are they getting enough interest from the unpaid payments
I called in and spoke to Basetsana 0860 11 2011. She could not assist me with anything. She didn't even understand the army alphabet. She was suppose to send me an email and she got the address wrong. When you spell her something she doesn't understand. I want to pay my late husband's outstanding Credit card by Discovery through First National bank. No one can assist me. FNB is getting interest on this outstanding account.

As you would know, during lock down it was no work, no pay. I applied for a payment holiday, which was approved. Now after everything has settled and my debit order was deducted, my premium went up with R500 rand. (still feeling the after effect of Covid) After questioning MFC, the answer was that the arrears was divided and added to my monthly premium. My question: why couldn't they extend my contract with 3 months and keep my premium the same. I can't afford the extra R500

Well done to all the Staff and Owner of Manuka Pharmacy. They are wearing gloves and masks during this time of the Corona virus. You get sanitized outside the Pharmacy as you arrive there and your temperature also gets taken. Only 5 people get to go in at a time. The Staff are so helpful and friendly. They are also reassuring the people in this difficult time. Well done guys for also working in this lock down period. You are unsung heroes. I salute you
