I have always been impressed with SkinMiles, but my appreciation today must go out to Megan, who assisted me yesterday. Not only was she kind and proffesional but she also assured me that the product I ordered would arrive today and it was! I'm so impressed. Thank you for the wonderful service 😀
I placed an order for delivery meant to take place on 17 Dec between 10am and 11am. Nothing was delivered. I have heard nothing regarding the delivery either. My emails have been ignored. I am utterly disappointed. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Good day I want to return Order #631628. This was an online purchase and I have sent an email to help@aldoshoessa.co.za as advised on the website. I still have not received any feedback and it has been more than 48 hours. Very disappointed as time is going and this will impact the return.
I am deeply disappointed. I did blood tests this morning and made a point to ensure that the nurse was aware that the doctor requested a full iron profile test and not the ferritin test only. She confirmed this and yet they still did the wrong test. I called the call centre more than 1.5 hours ago and was informed that they would call me back within 20 minutes. Now whenever I try calling, I cannot get through. This is utterly frustrating and unprofessional.
Poor communication. Ram is keeps failing to deliver my parcels with no communication whatsoever. I have no idea when I will receive my order from Forever new. I had an order from Aldo which took Ram over a month to deliver. This is not professional.
All I want is to change the email address linked to my supersonic account. I simply cannot get through to the call centre and there is no option to make the change on the portal. I am utterly frustrated with Supersonic. Their poor communication is utterly frustrating and is the reason I cancelled my fibre contract with them. Now I just have a data contract and am considering cancelling it given that I cannot get in touch with them to make a simple change to my email address. Supersonic has no interest in customer satisfaction and does not care that they lose customers as a result.
You simply cannot have nail techs who dp not know how to correctly remove gel nail polish. My nails have been badly damaged due to a nail tech who was not just unhygienic but also careless. Not only did she badly chip one of my nails but she also left product left on my nails. She did an absolutely ********** job. My nails look awful. I have never had such a bad experience and I actually don't want to go back to another sorbet salon for this reason. What makes me more upset is that she tried to cover up that she chipped my nail.
Even though I paid the relevant customs fees, my parcel is not being released and UPs is refusing to respond to any emails.
Ticket: SST280301 Still no internet and Supersonic isn't bothered. Trying to cancel and even with that, they are unhelpful. If you are considering Supersonic, look at the reviews. It is absolutely painful dealing with them no internet for more than a week despite paying for the service. Absolutely useless technical support.
Ticket: SST280301 I have not had wifi network since Thursday and I am not getting any help from Supersonic. I am utterly frustrated with the lack of customer support. Ever since I have been with Supersonic it has been an utter nightmare. I cannot wait for hours on the call centre. And the whatsapp line is useless. I have tried 3 times in the whatsapp line and the ticket keeps getting closed because I am told that they are still busy with the query and then they close it saying that I haven't responded in a while. Am I supposed to sit on the whatsapp chat constantly to keep the ticket open? Furthermore, the "help" on the whatsapp line is simply ridiculous. The responses from whoever picks up the ticket, take really long between each message. This is simply unacceptable. I am paying for this service and still do not have any idea why I don't have an internet connection and Supersonic aimply does not care. I work from home and need my fibre connection. This is unacceptable. Absolutely pathetic service. What on earth do i need to do to get some help?!
