The Unlimited...unlimited pain.
Worst service from a company. I've tried logging a claim via their online form system, was referred to use the app...no response. I contacted them multiple time via email...no response. I've requested to cancel my cover with them and was promised that someone will contact me within 24 hours. No joy. 4 days later....

Afrihost, NO internet joy with fixed LTE
I don't usually write reports about companies but when I feel like I'm not being heard I need to voice my frustrations. I recently switched to Afrihost MTN LTE package. My initial experience was amazing but all of sudden I lost connectivity to the service on 15 December 2019. It's now the 24 December 2019 and still no service. I'm connecting to MTN with full signal but have no data. I still have 150gb data which I've paid for that I can't use. I'm truly not impressed with the level of service to resolve this issue.

Overall good experience. Product was collected at Midrand depot the following day. EFT payment delayed the shipment somewhat. Recommended.
