Only after placing an online order for delivery and after 5 days not hearing anything from Decofurn did I read the reviews on Hellopeter - WHAT A MISTAKE! They are completely useless at online business and best at not communicating with their customers. Still waiting to hear from them on an order I placed on Tuesday this week. Will NEVER buy online from them again.
You send me unsolicited sms’s and then your opt out information is so unclear that it’s a struggle to understand. I tried various replies to opt out, but none seem to work. Make your opt out instructions CLEAR please. I have screenshots to back up my complaint.
The debit order against my account did not go off. I asked on your WhatsApp help line for details of a bank where I can make payment. I waited 20 minutes for a response. When I finaly got a reply, it was absolute *******! Both Amukelani and Mamotshane should rather not work on your help desk!
If there was a 0 star rating I’ll give it to Chris Erasmus of GRUN. I bought a new house with a defective floor freshly done by Chris, what a mess. Promises promises and no action, he promised to come back to fix it but 3 weeks down, nothing has happened. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS GUY, just stay away.
On 30 July I placed an online order of R8,000 for 3 items, amongst which a 6-seater picnic set worth R5,000. Despite 4 phone calls [2 which I made to Makro help desk and 2 from the actual courier asking when I can accept delivery] and 2 emails to help desk, I am still waiting for this item??? I was promised feedback and as expected…radio silence from Makro… WHEN WILL I GET MY DELIVERY THAT’S NOW 19 DAYS OUTSTANDING??
I used their website once to get comparative quotes. Since then I’m harassed 5-6 times a day and I keep blocking their number.
I logged a glass claim with KP using their app on 3 March 2023, around 9am. I have called to follow up three times now and have still not received an answer from them. during the second call to their service centre, I was told that the claim does not even show on their side, transferred 3 times to different departments and STILL WAITING!
