No one can assist me at nedbank regarding the money that disappeared in my bond account. Everything on the system is updated however my money is still not in the account
This is a ****, i have palce an order 3 weeks ago. received nothing, the only means to ontact them is email which they do not respond.
I would really like to give Lebogang Rakosa 10/10 for the service she provided to me today. Miway is really blessed to have such employee like her. She is very professional and has good listening skills. She goes the extra mile to provide us customers with a satisfying service that we are always looking for. I have been with Miway since my 1st car and I do not regret it. I am very unhappy with the service received at Nedbank branch festival mall on the 20 Dec 2022. The name of the consultant who was assisting me is Dudu and she kept on telling how she has to go as her time is up. I went to the branch because my bond deducted the installment on the 15th of December 2022 however when I called call centre I was told that my account has been handed over to the collections. How is that possible because I have never missed any payment? I had available balance on my bond account and when I did not see it appearing on my App that when I called the bank to find out and only to be told I have been handed over. I will never recommend any one to use this bank and experience this kind of service.
I was assisted by Minenhle Xulu, she is one of the kind and the reason I am still with Miway after so many years. I am always satisfied with the service I receive from Miway Agents. They treat you like you are the only customer and listen to your needs and ensure you are satified at the end of the day. Miway please give Minenhle Xulu a bell she deserve it! It is good to have agents like her. I am a very happy customer of Miway. not moving anytime soon.
I have received such bad service at RMA for Funeral Claim. I have lodged a funeral claim on the 02nd of August 2021 to date the claim is not paid. whenever I phoned to find out the progress, I was told that someone will call me. eventually, when I was called they have confirmed that they received all the documents however my claim is still unpaid. I would not recommend anyone to take up a funeral policy with RMA as they will end up taking loans to cover the funeral costs due to lack of response from RMA and slow claim processing.
I have received such a professional service from Kabelo Mohlala who assisted me to get my car towed to the dealership. I don't know how I was going to manage without the prompt help I got. Kabelo indeed showed 5-star customer service he kept checking if I was ok and ensure that the car arrives at the destination. I am a happy customer and this is one of the reasons why I am still loyal to my insurance.
I am not happy with how my upgrade was handled as I was charged extra for Migration fees which I had no idea what is it for because I was contacted by an agent from MTN Summermobile. I have logged this in last month and still to date I did not receive any help from Summer Mobile. I will never recommend to anyone to take the contract with the Summer Mobile agents because you will be shooked by the invoice. MTN does not take its customer seriously as I have been following up with no proper feedback.
One of the Agents by the name of Shakira contacted me and told me that I am due for an upgrade, which I was surprised because I knew I had to wait for few more months. I then agreed to upgrade to S21 and the upgrade package was R669. The Phone was received in March. I am shocked by the invoice that I got and I contacted the MTN customer service I was told that the reason for my bill being high is the Migration fee that I was charged because I upgraded my contract before time. The Agent ( Shakira) did not disclose this information about the migration fee as she made me believe that I am due for an upgrade to otherwise I would have waited until my contract was ready to be upgraded. The attached Invoice shows that I was Charged R1 989,20 which I will like to dispute this amount and rectify or else I am glad to cancel the contract with MTN. This is totally unacceptable as some of my debit orders will bounce back. The service I have received from Summer moble was horrible and I will not advise anyone to use your services. I hope whoever check this reviews will be able to assist me.
