I've been trying to contact Granadilla since mid October 2022. No reply from the online bot, Nandi. I've requested numerous email or call backs. Nothing to date has happened. I've called their contact number and just put on hold until the call drops. Absolutely shocking customer service! Haven't experienced worse.
I went to Milnerton municipality on Thursday to apply for reduction on rates for the over 60's earning less than R 17500.I am getting UIF so they needed confirmation that I was getting UIF.I asked the clerk if there is a form for UIF and she said there was no form.I went to UIF offices in Goodwood to be told that the municipality must give me a form, even showed me what form looked like.Went back to Milnerton municipality and told them what municipality required.They once more told me there was no form they could give me.Even the manager told me there is no form.On my way back to UIF I decided to stop at the Goodwood municipality.There the lady behind the counter immediately gave me the form.Went to UIF office and was sorted out.What a waste of my time,petrol, standing in long queues because of untrained, incompetent staff. .
I've been trying to get a simple matter resolved since April 2021. I've called Discovery Health no less than 7 times regarding this matter. Some consultants say they can see what the problem is and will send my "Scheme Approved" claims to be reprocessed. Others are just clueless. And some just drop the call, never to call me back. Come on guys, what is going here? The year is almost finished, and nothing has been resolved. I need to be admitted for urgent surgery, but can't before you resolve your past mistakes. I've never received such Disgusting Customer Care Service before. Please have Management contact me ASAP.
Rain is without a doubt the worst I've ever dealt with. You can't talk to anyone. When you fill out the screen what's wrong, they acknowledge it with an automated reply email. That is the last time you hear from them.
My down speed is 0.09 consistently. And I'm expected to pay R479 pm for this. This is using Rain 4g in Cape Town.
I live in Cape Town. The speed of Rain is impossible to work with. Less than 1 mbps. So I'm paying R479 for the uncapped 4g service, and I can't use it. It's impossible to communicate with Rain. When and if they reply, it's inappropriate.
They are fine until things go wrong. Then they make the situation worse and impossible. Their support departments need to learn about providing a service to their customers.
Worst service I've ever had. Defective item needed to be collected. Took in excess for it to be collected. I've received countless emails apologising for their service failure. Three weeks later the item is still not at their warehouse. It was collected Friday. I've exhausted my cell phone limit calling their Customer Service. I want a replacement. And I want to be refunded for all my cell phone calls. Their service has become shocking and unacceptable. Don't apologise to me, replace the defective product and refund my phone costs.
