Bad customer service
Netstar , i have never spoke to them when i registered the tracker.I dealt with my insurer which i paid my bill combined. Now i have no car and asked my insurer to put account on hold, now there comes netstar sending me a message that there are going to hand over to debt collection, 1. Did you even send me a link to pay you?2. hire people that can professionally talk to customers , 3 . why was there no communication done between yourself and insurer since i never made payments to you directly?Please change your ways.Iam not happy and even if i buy another car i will not recommend netstar

No customer service at all
Good morning,I am writing this review for the 3rd time in 2months. Fnb has not unblocked nor give me back my money that is in my account. I have been to the Silverton branch in Pretoria they failed to help me.May you please help me with this bank to give me back my money if they dont want to help me with my account please. I am going to take this matter to other platforms if they cannot help me here .I have not accessed the bank account for 2months ,all my debot ordered are blocked , no access to my money. Please help me today not tomorrow . Im tired now.Thank you

Not helpful
I dont know how many times i should complain about my account ? After blocking my account they sent me a mail saying all is in order but the account is still blocked. I have used this account for 7years but the treatment i get is bad. Today i got another mail saying i should take my permit to DHA , for what? because i have an issues invoice from VFS. Please FNB Bank since you do not want to help me with my account, please can i have my money back that is in the account them you can gladly block the account for good. Please today

No customer service
My personal account have been frozen by Fnb Bank , i called their numbers and they instructed me to go to the branch. I went to the Silverton Pretoria branch then i told them they assisted me by calling their headoffice. Their Headoffice was not very kind and helpful towards my issue. I gave them all they asked for but my account is still blocked. I have been having the account since 2017 so what could be the issue..As far as iam concerned Iam your customer and you should assist me. May they please just give me my money if they dont need me as their customer.

I ordered a plate for my car radio in December 4th.It was not delivered as they had said , after paying they stop communicated and i never got a refund nothing . This place is not genuine , do not order there.

Bad service
I received an iPhone mini pre-owned last week Wednesday and i didn't like it. Been trying to exchange it to the normal iPhone sized but they are not helping have sent many emails as i was instructed by their customer service personnel.

Bad customer service
I have been trying to contact Matrix to remove their unit because i sold my car.I managed to speak to one of their customer care then she said they will come the following day , they never phoned , they never came , i sold the car and sent them mails , still they do not want.I wonder why is it they do not assist , what if i was getting ****** and they do not call me back. I sold the car at We buy cars and the dealership informed me that Matrix have 2days to come and take the unit. Until now they havent been intouch with me.
