The constant and endless calls are exhausting. I keep blocking new numbers. When you eventually answer the call to say no thank you and please remove my number, no one speaks on the other end and the call drops. Remove my number 🤬
I bought a tv in January from Takealot and to my surprise it stopped working in March. Just randomly stopped working. I realise this is not Takealot's fault as things do happen. I logged a return and the team very swiftly arranged collection of the unit. I placed the remote control and power cord into the box and the parcel was collected (Return ref: MRRN-XQP7W-V67R). I then waited a few days for any feedback at all. When I did get feedback, it was an email from a chap called Senzo informing me that I failed to include the power cord and that if I did not respond within two days they would basically cancel my return and dump the broken tv back on my doorstep. I responded almost immediately informing Senzo that I did, in fact include the cord and even secured it and the remote in place with the plastic wrappings that came with the tv. No response. Today I once again sent an email requesting feedback as I am moving shortly and this is honestly causing me undue stress since I should not even need to be dealing with a return after only two months. I can not give a cellphone number as my phone is not currently working but I have checked my emails several times and nothing. Could I please have some timeous feedback? I realise to you guys this is just another return and my urgency is not yours, but to me this is over R3k I couldn't actually afford to spend but trusted your company with due to a 3 year warranty and an amazing history of service from the company. Please help!

I'm so upset as I write this that I am shaking! On the 26th of March 2022 a transaction came off my account for Apple Itunes. I have no Itunes transactions whatsoever. I immediately contacted the bank to dispute and was given a fraud case number and told I need to wait 14 days for feedback. Today when I ask for feedback I am told the transaction doesn't exist and then i'm told it was marked as a google transaction and that the agent has rectified it and escalated to the team. Are you telling me that in two weeks, not a single thing has been done to investigate this matter?? And this transaction came from a virtual card by FNB. A virtual card which has a security code that is supposed to change every hour. So how was this transaction even possible? Not Good enough! You allowed someone to take my money and now I must wait while you investigate? Not good enough, FNB.
I write this report out of sheer desperation. On 1 March 2022 I placed an order with PNP ASAP. Two items did not arrive with the rest. I reported it same day, and I was told they would be re-delivered. Two Days later, I called back to follow up and I was told that they will re-deliver. A week later I called once again and was told that there is no stock and that I was refunded on the 4th. It is now the 16th of March and no sign of a refund or re-delivery. I'm not asking for the sun and stars, just what I paid for or my money back. I don't know any bank that takes this long to process a payment. I wish they would just own their drama instead of telling me a million and one lies.
I have been using Zulzi for almost two years and despite a few hiccups, mainly with stores, they remain dependable. I would love to see more variety from the stores like before the "new app", but all in all, Zulzi has done a good job
