The most inconsiderate company ever, I sent my phone for repairs on the 23rd September and today it's the 30th of Oct only now is going to be repaired ,I never got any communication from Jabulani Telkom what the delay was. DO NOT BUY A PHONE AT TELKOM AND DONT USE THEIR INSURANCE SERVICES IT'S ALL A ****. I paid R2250 for access fee and on top of that wait more than 30 days for repairs .I want my money and phone back this is ridiculous.
Had a bad customer experience at Game Jabulani Mall. I arrived at the store to buy a washing machine. I had to wait for almost 45 mins to get assistance from one of the staff members. I was later told that the washing machine I wanted to purchase was out of stock and I should resort to taking the one they had on display which I refused to take. 30 mins later, the store/ department manager was able to find the washing machine which they had initially stated that it was not on their system. I then continued with the purchase and the washing machine was delivered on the same day. It was when I tried to use the washing machine for the first time that I realized that the washing machine has a leak. I made them aware about this problem and they later sent a technician to check the machine. It was later discovered that the washing machine was not assembled properly, which was the primary reason for the leak. It was at this point that I made the store aware that I want an exchange since the washing machine had a fault and I reported within the 5 days of purchasing the machine which falls within the 7 days of the store policy. They said they are going to send another technician and I am still waiting, so that they can communicate with the supplier - Hisense, about the exchange. The purchase was made on the 8th of September, and to-date I am still waiting for a refund or exchange. I am extremely dissatisfied, how can a new washing machine undergo repairs within 7 days?
Virgin Active is by far bar the worst gym to have a membership with , last year I joined at Jabulani virgin active got bad attitude from the staff wanted to cancel but the manager there called to apologise for the service I got and moving past that I had to freeze on my membership months later because of medical reasons which I did with no complications and today I got to the gym I get connected to the head office wanting to put a freeze again to my membership and now am told if I put a freeze my membership will be extended their policy changed in January and I did not get any communication with regards to that and that is not a contract that I signed up for so I can’t be held liable for something I did I agree to , I asked to speak to a manager and the consultant Megan told me they in a meeting and will have her manager call me and am still waiting. Last year I could freeze my membership without my membership been suspended and this year with no communication am told that if I freeze my membership , it will be extended like why ?
So disappointed and disgusted by the service I received yesterday at Burger King Regina Mundi, I order the R180 promo for Whopper but we got burnt patty’s that was bitter to eat we had to ask for the burger to be replaced and which the manager did but she was just want to be difficult about as if she didn’t believe us that they were burnt and she replaced the burger but they still tasted the same and I told her that their grillers were not clean and she said they clean at grillers at the end of the shift , which I did not understand and to top it off when she gave us the burger she put our fries from the initial order on a serviette the fries were cold and be burger still tasted as burnt or charred. Can they please clean their grillers and when a customer is complaining can the manager take it seriously because I don’t think I would just choose to order food and just complain if there wasn’t a need or if I was happy with the service.
I went to Game store Cresta mall on Friday looking for an iPhone 11 that is on promotion, I got there they said they no stock I must check Game CBD and I went yesterday and they still said there have no stock, it's really frustrating to send from pillar to post with no way forward. Why are they promotions running if there no stock available.
Good day, I got the most horrible service yesterday at Nando's Gold reef city we got there at 21:30 and the cashier told us we can't sit in because they are closing in the 25min. Ok and we understood that but a white lady purchased just after us she was never told that and she sat and ate her meal (black on black service is the worst) then to top all that off we ordered quarter legs and no one informed us that they dont have it we received chicken breast and we ordered pineapple mojito and they gave us cranberry ****tails which was also what we didn't want, no one bothered to tell us prior that they have all that we ordered but they used their own discretion on what we should eat , we didn't receive no serviette and their peri peri sachets. They really wanted to knock off.
Till to date we have not received any responds from Melusi Ngwani his phone numbers don't go through ,we request our money back ...bad service indeed
