I got a call from them after posting them on hellopeter... The lady that spoke with me said she will find out what the situation is and get back to me either same day or the following day... I am still waiting. I really can't wait to just be done with vodacom. Unfortunately there is still a long time to go.
Beyond frustrating experience. Won't ever recommend to anyone. They asked to increase my data usage since they noticed we run out early in the month. I confirmed and said to them if they do this won't it be charged to my monthly bill and they said it won't. It will remain the same. I said how is this possible and they said this is something they are doing for their customers. Months later I am still trying to cancel because lo and behold my monthly billing has increased by R200. I want my money back and I will be taking vodacom to the ombudsman as I have proof in the form of their recordings of what I am speaking of. I WANT MY MONEY BACK and I can't wait for my contract to end so that I can be done with vodacom.

How in the name of service is makro still operating? How? I cant for the life of me ever imagine ever doing business with makro. Never ever again and if you know what's best for you you would turn and run. Over 15k bad reviews and I thought my bad experience was unique. Shame on you!!!

Disgustingly Poor Service! One of their consultants came back to me and said they can't get hold of me. My phone has never been off and there was no notification that said anyone tried to call me. I sent two emails to Jason Lovell and I still haven't received any responses. After I receive my money back I am finding an alternative because at this stage anything would be better. I would even pay a bit more just to get peace of mind that at the end of the month I won't have to fight to get my own money back. Definitely the worst I have ever experienced from an insurance company!!! Sies!
I am baffled at why Dotsure is receiving such great reviews, my experience with this company contradicts the positive reviews it's receiving. DotSure have on many occasions taken double the amounts that they should have taken and I had to make contact with them spending a lot of airtime because getting in touch with them is no easy feat. And after battles upon battles, I have to fight to make my case. I have sent an email and the 0861 number isn't working it says that the number is not in service. Please assist me by calling me you again took more money from me than you were supposed to. This is urgent as I am just about fed up with this nonsense.
