I opted to do my notarization through this law firm. And how I regret. I was quoted R4200 and they only did half of the work. This also included the application for a Police Clearance Certificate. Two months passed and no progress. Eventually I asked my friend to follow up at CRC and my certificate has been there. I had to pay again for a reissue. So I asked them to stop everything since there was no progress anyway and requested for a partial refund. Till this day they're still "reviewing" my file. No communication (another reason why I requested termination of services). They're literally not replying on emails. Worst service providers ever!!
Terrible service. Especially when you are totally dependent on the internet for work and studies. Their agents are pathetic. WhatsApp line takes forever for a response. It's been two days without connection and no assistance, which has had a huge impact on my work and studies. If you want any reliable providers, definitely not Webafrica.
I never thought it would be such a hassle to get payment out from this company. I have no idea whether it's human beings with any empathy or just robots working for the company. Losing a loved one is already a deep emotional pain. Yet, they don't give 2 ticks to take you through another emotional turmoil with their poor service. I would never recommend anyone to take out a funeral policy with 1Life. Never. There's no communication whatsoever. Stating that the service is poor would be an overwhelming understatement. They're just dependable to say the least. Transparency is a weakness to them. I'm definitely going to discontinue my funeral policy with them. Can't be grieving and fight stupid battles at the same time.
I am still awaiting a response from this fraud of a company for my money back. I received a "blah blah blah within 1-2 days" yet still, I am waiting. I cannot get through to their call centre. I dare them to deduct money again this month. As everyone else has been saying, DO NOT subscribe!!!
I am so furious! I subscribed to do a course and cancelled. I called the number provided on the 18/19 June with the reference number and the guy assured me that he will unsubscribe me and gave me a "free" certificate. Here I see today another R399 is being deducted from my account again. And sadly I can't go through on the telephone numbers. And I also see that they are quite sneaky with the fact that they deduct on different dates. I want my money back!
I did an online purchase. It’s been 4 days and the order has just been processed. Nothing more. And there’s no valid excuse as to why that is the case. No response on email too. Friendly advice: Don’t buy online from them as they are known for their bad service and making clients wait for weeks for their items. The same for when you cancel your order.
