The service i got from them was insufficient, I went the branch and they gave me a phone to call their call centre, I was told to use self service, I’ve been trying the self service for a week now, NO LUCK

I’ve with Supabets for more than 8 years but I think I should change to competitors because of the standard of their service, I’ve been trying to withdraw from my account for days now they’ve been asking for fica and I did that already, im tired of this they must just release my money and part ways im tired of their unreachable behaviour

I deposited R140 plus R50 on the 11th of August until now it’s not reflecting on my accounts I’ve sent communication no response when I phone their call centre doesn’t have answers.
I ordered Pedro's via uber eats yesterday 18.05.2025, I was a disaster boiled burned and dry dipped in a source, I had to throw it R328 in the bin and it was my daughters birthday I bought it for her coz she loves Pedro's, I will never buy Pedro's ever in my life and I wouldn't recommend it to any1, it was packed as if it ordered for the dog
I was with debt busters, I was not assisted all now they are ignoring my emails I wish I did not pay the to represent me, I was just given summons but under debt review, I nearly lost everything that I worked hard for.
I'm Really frausted with their service, I'm shocked, I'm under debt review and sent debt busters email requesting change in circumstances, Thank God I got a job in December so I made new arrangements to them to pay R4000 extra to cover for my arrears via email, Debt busters came back to and said i must make my own arrangements, I phoned my creditors and they no surprised as to why am I making my own arrangements because I paid them to make arrangements for me NOW IM CONFUSED
A consultant from home loans insurance phoned me last week I to offer me insurance I explained to her that I'm not working, Again I got a call from Everlyn from home loan insurance I told her to call the following day she didn't call me the next thing I received an sms to say that my new debit order will increased to R9984.12 I phoned when I was retrenched they told me I still have to pay full installment which is R9500 already I'm struggling to raise that money now the force insurance that I didn't sign up for nor speak to anyone about I want my normal installments thank you
