So my 2021 Datsun Go's strut that holds up the boot broke out of the frame, my car is still under warrentee, so I take it in because it has to go to a Nissan accredited panelbeater, they keep my car all day when I go pick it up they dont have the quote but the car was at Alfa trio all day, they tell me that they dont know if the warrenty will pay for it ,they will get back to me, fast foward to 4 days later i have to call them for feedback, "we will call you back in 5 minute" still waiting for that call back, a nother day passes no call back, I call them no feed back, they will let me know, a whole week later I call them again, they will let me know. Feedback today: they will not be paying for the panelbeater because the bootshock was "ripped out" It was not flippen RIPPED OUT it broke clean off.But thanks so much Star nissan for waisting my time, your customer service really sucks.
So this review is not about bad service or rude people,I actually enjoy three rivers slater and their staff, my only complaint is that they do not do proper maintenance on their equipment,in petucular their treadmills or airrunners,this is specialised equipment and needs a properly trained tec to service them,but the maintenance guy at slater us not trained to fix them and they come back from maintenance worst than when they left,this is very strenious on people with back or knee problems,come on guys we pay our fees so please give us properly maintained equipment.It is way cheaper to maintain equipment than paying for repairs when the break.
So here we go again.Theese people .If you are a prospective client reading this STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.You will never have wi fi,you will spend countless hour on the phone with incompitent people who only know how to to 3 things: ip con fig,please type 198...........in the search bar and filling things that are useless in on a tplink.You will be billed for services they Didnt provide,even before anything is even set up they will deduct money from your account.You will pay and pay and get no service.And if you cancel you will be billed R999 for cancellation but no one will tell you this,they just deduct the money from your account without permission.*****ING PEOPLES MONEY THEY CAN DO VERY WELL.This battle with Afrihost is never ending we were never able to use our fiber they kept on billing us insisting that we are using data and that the line is active,all this while we never had a active working lineThe router has been put away in a box because it was down permanently and the stupid it people has no clue they promise they will call you back,they never do.These people have no integrety,you are given an option to remove your bank details from their clientzone but if you try to delete it, a message pops up saying that they will not delete it because of some ahit excuse,the reason they dont want to delete it,is so that they can keep on deducting money from your account without your permission,the are very clever even after going to the bank and blocking them they just change a few letters in the reference and the amount and this will go on and on *****ing money that is not owed to them.THEY ARE JUST *****S,NOT PROVIDING ANY SERVICE BUT YOU WILL PAY AND PAY AND PAY.DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE IS AN ABSELUTE F###%%G NIGHTMARE.And after gettin ****,pathetic service from the idiots in the it dep you will receive a message from Gian from afrihost asking for a rating on the person who wasted hours of your time and saying remember that you are rating the person based on his/ her service or the lack there off,not AFRIHOST ITSELF.Well guess what Gian YOU F@%@%&G COMPANY IS A DISASTER AND YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC.
UNFORTUNATLY there is no option for a minus rating, I would rate them - 10.We never had a workibg service from them,dealing with them is a nightmare the it or support people is incompitent abd doesnt know what they are doing,we keep being billed for services not rendered we cancelled with them and the stole nearly R2000 for "cancelation " fees which they did not mention when we cancelled our products which we could never use because they were permanantly not operational.These people do not know what the hell the are doing and it is a nightmare to deal with them NEVER NEVER use their services the are pathetic and that is still an ubder statement.
If i could give them a minus score i would.Pathwtic is not even a strong enough word to describe their service,we have been struggeling for a month to get the service we pay for,yes they deduct money for their services but no fiber,no lte no working product of any kind,the tech people there is useless,they are always blaming the fiber providers but Afrihost is the problem,incompotent and the dont provide tech support other than over the phone.STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THEM THEY SUCK BIGTIME,ITis not worth the countless hours you will have to spend on the phone hust to sit with the same problem for weeks,cancelling all their products,we had 3 routers an none worked but we had to pay for them.Afri host can stick their routers where the sun doesnt shine,they do no want to refund oyr money so I will just have to reverse their countless debit orders to get our money back
We have been using Liebe for the 3rd month now, I can see the diffrence in my dogs skin and condition, the food is clean and does not have any bad odour it doesnt have a garbage load of maize and colourants in it.my dogs used to be gassy but we have non of that with liebe. My doggies love Liebe.
Absolute rubbish service, status says can not deliver, but they did'nt even phone to say Hey im at your house or whatever just decided to take the parcel back to the depo which is near my house I will gladly pick it up from there, phoned the vereeniging depo and asked them to keep the parcell at the depo, nope sent it out again with the courrier because at the time I was close to the depo, after i said i will not be able to receive it at my home,now I have to phone after the driver, who told me that he wasn't going to be able to get the parcell to my location in time, so still no parcell.i just want my stuff .I payed for it.It says proud owner driver, nothing to be proud about mate.
