I logged a claim on the 20th of December 2023, and this company has been giving me the run around, but they never do with my month debit order taken every month. I have just been told my claim was suspended with no reason of why the claim was suspended. This has been a huge inconvenienced since the phone is also used for my business.

The Best health care service
Two years ago Life Brenthurst hospital made my dreams come true through my daughter that was born in that hospital, I can never thank Dr Magoma Dr Sepeng all the nurses neonatal ICU... Nurse gogo Thabs... Lol your team is permanently Ingraved in my spirit

Good day I Would like your assistance with mi way insurance Its been more than two years of being ignored by the car insurance I use still waiting for feedback and my access for two separate incidents which after my second incident I was told or rather warned to stop getting myself into accident not sure how I am meant to do that, I can only be responsible for my car. I would like the Ombudsmen to help me get two o my accessess paid to mi way back as soon as possible

Good day One of Mi way consultants asked my partner to go to the police station to obtain the accident reports while the accident number was given not sure why you guys are not doing your job, Iam so intemidated to even log a call for my cracked windscreen due to the bad service and treatment

Fraudsters Miway
A truck bumped into me 1 year ago as I was exiting my place of work, 6 months later my partner was hit by another car and we are still waiting for both access fees to be paid back to us... Both incidences we were not wrong but Mi way insure made us feel that way as if it was our fault and they have the Audacity to send me a letter stating I have had to many ancidents... Then whats the point of an insurance, They will never call for updates or feedback, The only thing we want from Mi way is to pay back the access fees then deal with the 3rd parties..its been long

A year ago I gave brith to my daughter Amukelani, she was born at gestertional 27 weeks. She was hospitalised for 2 months after she was born. Discovery covered all mine her hospital bill which where +-100000. Thank discovery for being trustworthy.

The hospital in Gauteng with the best Doctors and Nursess
A year ago I gave brith at Life Brent Hurst hospital in parktown. My daughter Amukelani Nkosi she was born at gestertional 27 weeks, my gynaecologist DR Magoma was amazing from day 1 after 2 miss carriages from a different gyne at netcare water fall. The pediatrician DR Sepeng is a miracle worker treated my daughter for 2 months in NICU and was loving towards her. To NICU nurses thank you.. Nurse Thabi, Anna, Rifliwe, Zandi and Nurse Tsholo thank you for the 2 months of taking care and healing my baby thank you for the talks and shoulders to cry on and advice give... Thank you Life Brent Hurst am forever grateful.

MI WAY is the worst
It's been a month without a car and I have been trying to call a gentleman called Junior an assasor who never answers his work phone.... My partner was driving my car when we were frist hit by a car then 2 days later another incident happened while he was driving, mi way says they will only cover for the second incident because my car could not be driven. I fail to understand because the frist incident has a case number just like the second incident. The assasor has yet to call and find out what happened on the other side of my car, the assesor only approved one side to be fixed I have sent emails and it's been 3 weeks and no one has responded.

Discovery Insurance Fraudsters
I have been handed over due to non payment for my then premature baby who was in hospital for 2 months this is my third review and this medical scheme is yet to pay. My next move is the medical ombudsman. Discovery promised to pay had they not promised I would have made a monthly agreement.
