Service is good and they keep you informed. I feel the app needs some work as it is very glitchy.
The most difficult process i have had. I cancelled my FNB Credit Card in January. I was told that it takes 2 weeks. After a month, there was a *****ulent transaction when the account was supposed to be completely closed as in cards cancelled, no transactions allowed. Then months later the account is still open and active and FNB still charging me for an account i no longer have active and now conveniently .. no chats or requests can be found but hey .. my card is still deactivated and i cant transact on the account but i have been assured its still open.
It started off badly and then they helped me and worked within my budget to offer me the same cover at a reduced rate even though i have claimed as much as i have. The consultant was patient and kind. Thank you

So long story short i was scammed by a person on facebook marketplace. Contacted someone, all seemed legit, got his banking details, paid a deposit and he ghosted me. So .. i have his banking details right ? Wrong! I reported to FNB and i have reported it to Nedbank. Nedbank respond with, his account was used and the funds have already been removed before blocking. +1 point they blocked his account. -10 points, they will not assist any further and told me to take up with SAPS. Ok .. well im going to report the guy, but who do i report ? Can i confirm its the same person ? their response .. cant give that info .. great so i can take it up with SAPS but i dont even know if my case is against the same person. I even asked, can you just confirm the name? Well Nedbank, how can you help me? Cause apparently you cant give me the details to someone who scammed me and possibly countless others? No rather, sorry for you bud, you the idiot .. we will just block his fake account .. nevermind the fact, he could have multiple accounts with you. Is it Nedbank, lets support fraudsters or protect them rather ? At the end of the day, you can either do one of two things. Help the person who is scammed track down or supply information so it can be dealt with by SAPS or you can block his account and remove yourself from the liability without assisting and let this a**hole get away with fraud. What are you going to do ?
Absolutely shocking. To report fraud and im on hold for over 20 minutes and after that i hung up. Come on team, fraud is the problem right now. You should be wanting to assist with this quickly and efficiently. No one likes to be scammed and its rubbish that salt to the wound is the 20 minutes trying to speak to a consultant, while more of this is happening. Really ?? FNB you need you up your game. This is unacceptable.
Man what a carwash. We go to watercrest soapbox and i will drive there just to get my car washed. Amazing service, truly guys you are incredible. 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction, reasonable prices, always willing to go the extra mile, which you dont find at many carwash companies. Truly guys 100% 10 out of 10 .. fully recommended!!!
Yet another re-schedule and another no show. I have no idea why companies partner with companies like this. Openserve, do you not care about your business at all ? I mean how do you schedule with people and then just not pitch up. I cant understand it. 5 times .. are kidding me 5 flipping times ?? It will now be 6 times. How do you even survive as a business nowadays with no shows ?? Its flippen ridiculous .. its a joke. You wasting my time. 3 days unpaid leave, 5 days of wasted time incl my flipping weekend. 0 communication other that 2 out of the 5 re-schedules of calls saying sorry , tomorrow .. then no show. Seriously!!! I think sell the business to people who care about service. You wasting your time running as a business.
If you want a company that will quickly phone you to setup your insurance - miway will most definitely do that .. and thats where it stops. I have waited almost 2 weeks for them to call me regarding updating my policy. I have emailed and submitted contact information on their website , hell i have even used their app, live chat .. nothing. Live chat doesnt work, no one ever there, emails .. no response .. thank goodness i havent had to claim yet, could you imagine ?? So no i would not recommend miway and i will be looking for another insurance provider. Miway, my suggestion .. customer communication is key. Im not closing the door yet, lets see how you redeem yourself because 2 weeks to update my policy, is a long time to wait considering i would be paying you more.
All round amazing experience from Just n Time plumbing. Justin is all about quality. His service is incredible and is always willing to help. We had a new drain gulley installed and linked to our septic tank system and justin, who was recommended by a good friend, came through, quoted and once approved was already making headway on installation date. When he arrived, his team was clean, professional and you can see the high level of skill he has employed yet offers the most reasonable prices. A plumber there for the people, because he understands that a professional service doesnt have to cost you an arm and a leg. Thank you justin for your amazing services, truly appreciated!
