I bought a bed from Sleepmasters Jhb store in January 2025, the mattress started to make noise within 6 months and I reported the matter at the store, i was told to write down my details and i will contacted, to this date i have not received assistance, i went back to the store in January and in February 2026, i was just told to wait fora WhatsApp and a call from the complaints department however to this date no one has contacted me, i am not happy with the service i have received, the bed is getting worse every day. The bed has a 7 year warranty but i am suffering with a broken bed because Sleepmasters doesn’t care about their customers
I would like to give a thumbs up to Phala and Daniel from Bidvest McCathy Toyota Midrand. I enquired about the car in October and after receiving a quotation I never rep****, but the sales man Phala contacted me to follow up which I then decided to send my documents and continue with the process. Wow the I was amazed by how quick everything was, took less than Two days for my application to be completed, everything was so quick and smooth I was really impressed with their service and I hope everyone gets to have the same experience. So disappointed at Aramex South Africa, they received my parcel on the 05 October but they still haven’t sent the invoice. When I call they tell it’s waiting for customs clearance which is supposed to take 3 working days n it’s been 5 working days. They told me the customs clearance delayed but they don’t say why . Was expecting the parcel by Tomorrow, obviously that’s not possible anymore, Aramex is failing us , they act like their services are free. M very disappointed n frustrated ryt now
Im disappointed with the service received from MTN, i have had a contact with them since 2017, i renewed it in 2019 n ot was ending this year May. In April 2021 i called to cancel my contract and i was informed to call on the last day of the contract which was the 19th May 2021, i called on the 19th May 2021 and spoke to Mbali from retention department and confirmed that the contract was canceled and MTN will give me 2gb to thank me for being their customer. The last debit was supposed to be on the 25May 2021. However MTN did not debit my account, instead they suspended my services. i waited for them to debit until checked in store if my contract had been canceled m i was told that the contract is still on and in arrears with R409. I was told there was no record of cancellation. I called the call centre n i was told same thing, was then advised that i will be transferred to the retention department for assistance however the call dod not go through "error happened while transferring my call". I lodged a complaint via email and received automated response with ref. 5128406 was told my complaint will be attended within 24hours but to this date i have not received any response. I kept calling the call center n was never assisted until i went to the store and the consultant advised me to upgrade which i did apply for upgrade but my application was declined, no reason was given. I have also paid an amount of R517. 00 as my account was now owing that amount and my services were suspended . I dont understand why it is so difficult to cancel the contract. It seems like MNT wants to keep this contract on their own terms as they told me i am now on month to month basis n i have to pay R100 every month, why would i want to pay R100 FOR 350mb n 50 minutes that does not make sense i would never pay so much when there are so many options. Why is it so hard to cancel my contract when it was so easy to give me the contract. Why am i being forced to keep a contract that does not meet my needs anymore. I just want to cancel the contract.
I have a life cover with iwyze and I have been calling to update my personal details, however they do not answer their phones when u choose query option, they only answered when I chose the option for quotation request, even then the consultant I spoke to who advised that his surname is Shibase advised that he was transferring me to the relevant department, but the phone went quite, there was no assistance at all and this is worrying as they are only quick to answer if u want to get a quotation but once they learn u are an existing client then they do not care coz they already have ur business.
