I cannot express the relief and joy I feel today. My website was hacked in December 2024, and for eight stressful months I believed everything was lost. (after countless calls and failed attempts to fix it). I had poured thousands of rands, late nights, and so much heart into building it, and the loss was devastating. Today, Henry from Xneelo restored my site in what felt like a miracle. After months of frustration, he brought it back—and honestly I cried! Henry is wearing a superhero cape in my eyes. Thank you, Henry, for giving me back something so valuable.
I am appalled that after so much education about COVID19 and safety protocols that this restaurant has failed to comply so dismally. The owner, bar man, manager, table cleaner and another waiter were all walking around with no masks!!! Tables eere not sanitized betwen patrons and whrn I enquired why they were not wearing masks i was told they take them off to talk yo customers!!! Therr is no logic in that. This restaurant should be closed until such time that they can get up to speed. What a shame!!!!!
For the past few days I have been calling the line with no success. I understand the nature of the staff shortfall during the COVID19 period, but the incompetence of the technology and the contact centre consultants, your procedures as a whole and your lack of catching up with other banks is in fact, Appalling!!!!!!
I made my first claim to Discovery Insure- Sandton Branch on 12 October 2019. The claim was authorised by 16 October, and by the 24 October 2019, Mogale Rakoma had written to me +-3 times and made sure that the claim was finalized and my car was fixed. Thank you Mogale for the efficient and polite manner in which you handled my claim. A special mention to PG Glass Edenvale for the quality of service and workmanship, no complaints with the job done to my Mini.
