My new clash back and shades left at hotel
We book for for Easter week there were some few things we were not happy about no aircon, they overcharge us.I forget my bag there inside there 3 shades when I call receptionist she did confirm that we left it there she will call us but ne never did we I call they don't answer anymore

I need My money
Last on 24th I went to sebokeng plaza at clothing junction to refund my lay bye with original slip,copy of ID and banking statement as they requested but I didnt get any refund,I went back there after seven days to check what going on I found lady said the is nothing they can do I have to wait for head office to refund but even today never got My money please What should I do

Best home and electric
I dont understand how does best home and electric works as I have account with them since 2012 it happened last year I lost my job while Im still paying they requested paperwork my work that Im no longer working I did sent It but thy never reply what they did was calling me every ask me to pay while they know Im no longer working until I decided to communicate with their head office they did reply me n help me but problem was they said insurance cant pay because its lapsed due some month I didnt pay now my problem should I pay full monthly installment amount if its happened I continue to pay because the amount I was paying was included with insurance fee last month they said I must pay full monthly installment or else they will take me to attorney's please help.....
