Do not be fooled by their '3-month free trial' offer. You will be debited each and every month and then have to spend ages on the phone each time to get refunded. If you do take their 'free trial', then be sure to load up on airtime too, because you will struggle each and every month to get your money back, and they will not return your call if you run out of minutes during the call - you would think after the first month they could update their system, but no. Also, do not be fooled into thinking you can communicate with them via the WhatsApp number they advertise - they read the messages but don't respond. So hard pass on this offer - it's only a free trial if you are committed to wasting hours each month trying to get your money back.
Excellent follow-up service from Revlon after I purchased a product that had a faulty dispensing mechanism. Taking it back to the shop was not an option since I live far from any outlets that stock the item and it had been purchased during an infrequent trip to town. Their customer service posted a replacement item - highly impressed at the amount of effort they went to sort it out.
Avoid at all costs. Seems to be a bunch of people just sending out spam 'case notes' etc and you will never actually see anyone or get any legal advice from a real person. Any hope you have at ccma will be totally shattered and besides for not having a job, these guys will be complicating everything hugely by sending out settlement requests etc to your former employer that you know nothing about. An absolute nightmare. If you are currently using them, stop immediately. They will wack you with an outlandish account for 'terminating' their service (of which they have done nothing). Most ridiculous situation ever and makes the entire ccma process an absolute nightmare.
