THIS IS A *****ULENT BANK. SINCE THE 1ST OF MARCH MONEY HAS BEEN MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT AND UP TILL NOW THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED AND WHERE MY MONEY IT. I PURCHASED ELECTRICITY AND 500 DISAPPEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT GETTING THE TOKEN. MANY OTHER LITTLE TRANSACTIONS GOT DEDUCTED FROMMY ACCOUNT AND UP TILL NOW THEY CANT EVEN GIVE A REASONABLE REASON AS TO WHY IT HAPPENED. ALL I KEEP HEARING IS INTERNAL ISSUE BUT THEY NEVER REFUD MY MONEY AND THE MOST ANNOYING THING IS THAT NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU COMPLAIN, THEY WILL NEVER RESPOND TO YOU OR EVEN REPLY YOUR RANTS HERE OR ON TWITTER LOL
THIS IS THE MOST *********** BANK THAT I AM ALWAYS DEALING WITH. ITS NO LONGER FUNNY HOW THIS BANK HAS TOTALLY IGNORED ITS OBJECTIVE AND NOW DECIDED TO FORGET ABOUT THE ALL THE BANK DUTIES THEY PROMISE TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER BUT DOING THE JOB OF FBI WITHOUT ANY REASONABLE REASON. THE BANK HAS BLOCKED MY CARD OVER 36HRS AGO AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN SENT TO THE EMAIL BUT UP TILL NOW NON OF THEIR CLOWN STAFF OR INFLUENCER WORKERS ;AZING AROUND THE BANKING ORGANISATION HAD DEEMED IT FIT TO RESPOND OF GIVE ANY REASONABLE REASON SO AS TO WHY MY HARD EARNED AND LEGITIMATE MONEY WOULD SUDDENLY DISAPPEAR FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND BECOME ZERO JUST BECAUSE THE BANK THINKS IT CAN DO ANYTHING WITHOUT BEIGN QUESTION. THE MOST ANNOYING PART IS THE USELESS AND *********** STAFF THEY KEEP RECRUITING AS CALL CENTER AGENT TO BE READING THE SAME COPY AND PAST SO CALLED INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS OVER THE PHONE. YESTERDAY WAS FRIDAY FGS AND THUS USELESS BANKER WAS TELLING ME TO WAIT 72 WORKING ***ING HOURS AS IF I AM A NON LIVING THINGS AND DONT NEED MOENY TO SUSTAIN MYSELF AND FAMILY. I THIN ITS HIGH TIME FNB STARTED CONSIDERING QUITTING THE BANK JOB AND LEAVE OTHER RELEVANT AND MORE RELIABLE COMPETITORS IN THE BANKING SECTOR TO SERVE US THE CUSTOMERS WELL AND RIGHTLY. JUST OPEN MY BANK ACCOUNT AND LET ME WITHDRAW MY MONEY AND TAKE TO A MORE RELIABLE BANK SINCE YOU KNOW YOU DONT WANT FOREGINERS AS CUSTOMERS
STOP BUYING FROM TAKEALOT. THEY SELL AND SHIP **** PRODUCTS WITH DEFECTS AND REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THE CUSTOMER CARE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND FRUSTRATING. STOP PATRONISING TAKEALOT IF YOU WANT TO HAVE PEACE OF MIND
HISENSE SA IS A **** Hisense SA is *****. They ship and sell **** products. Brand new fridge not working, they have confirmed the warranty but refused to fix it because proof of purchase is not available.The appliance’s serial or production number can help track when and where it was bought. There are still some ways to claim that warranty. It certainly would be in their files if they are legit but the customer service is poor and the staff at the Headoffice is Bedfordview are a SHAME. Hisense and their technician has confirmed 2 weeks ago that the this particular model has a major defect and confirmed that the particular unit I purchased (based on the serial number) is still covered by warranty, however they are intentionally using this thinly veiled excuse of proof of purchase to deny me my rights all because I disclosed right from the beginning that I do not having access to that account. I have stated and reiterated time and again that I am not seeking for monetary compensation, instead all I am asking for is a PERFECTLY working fridge. If Hisense will start taking responsibility over their own actions and mistakes, they would have sent somebody to repair the fridge, or replace if they are unable to repair. I am not asking for the monetary value so I do not understand their repeated request for proof of paying for a credit refund. I regret buying a Hisense appliance when there are Samsungs and LGS. A fridge is a necessity in every home and very important, I have been without one for 2 weeks and Hisense staff neither care nor show any concern. The customer and after service is absolutely very poor with pride and arrogant staff

Virgin Active is ****. I don't have a contract with them and I have been away for 1 year, today I walked to the gym to enrol again only for me to hear that I owe 1500 because they didn't cancel my membership. All the sales representatives are **** and nobody. I don't owe virgin active and I don't have a membership with them anymore. If virgin active don't want people clients anymore, there are several other gym around like Viva instead of their customer rep to be actin gods and making the gym look like their sole proprietorship business

PLEASE FNB, whoever is the monitoring spirit in charge of my account must just stop stressing me and if that is a problem for them to do, kindly allow me to take out my money or transfer my money to my standard bank account. This is going on for weeks and it’s unacceptable. Somebody in your bank doesn’t know what their job description is and I shouldn’t be the one paying for their incompetence. It is either you activate my account now and enable me to continue enjoying a seamless transaction or kindly allow me to transact and just transfer all my money to my standard bank and then you you can go ahead and close your problematic account.
I have complained and opened a case with FNB over one month ago and I was given a case number 20221722239 stating that it would be resolved within 7 working days. Apparently the staff of the bank don’t even know their duty or even work at all because nobody from the bank has tried to reach out to me since over 1 month ago and my money is still yet to be refunded.
