My luggage was ruined then wrapped in plastic .
Great airline but I didn’t appreciate how for my leg over trip from Doha to Bangkok, my suitcase was damaged. Somehow it was soaked it olive oil then wrapped up in a plastic wrap. No one said anything to me. I reported it at the airport in Thailand and Doha and nothing was done about it.

Don’t fall for Pi by MTN, they don’t deliver the simcards after receiving your payment !!!
I signed up for 2 of the Pi! By MTN sincards and paid my R100 for delivery. The driver got here and left with the SIM cards because his machine couldn’t scan my passport. I waited for another deliver to no response. When I reported this to Pi! They sent me an email claiming they’ll shut my report because there’s no pending order. I gave proof that I paid.

Extremely disappointed with TymeBank
Extremely disappointed with TymeBank. After my mother passed away, it took over six months to release her funds due to staff incompetence, and when the money was finally paid out, accumulated savings profits were not reflected. I have also been locked out of my own funds while traveling simply because the bank wanted updated contact details, which nearly left me stranded. Most recently, unexplained charges of nearly R100 were deducted despite my balance not reflecting I was in arrears. Poor service, poor communication, and questionable fee practices have made this a deeply frustrating banking experience.

Great experience and service by Kimona. Regularly checks on their customers and is extremely kind and helpful

MONDO MTN ARE RIP OFFS
Received a MTN contract from these folks. Promised that the deal would be R269 and that i would get R200 worth of airtime to convertable to data. To my surprise, none of that was true. My monthly premiums changes anytime and I cant convert the airtime to data. I launched a complaint and was told that i would get R269 (times 2), im waiting till today. Its been more than a month now. I ended up not paying my monthly premiums because of all this and now they are demanding their money while they owe me twice as much. THEY ARE A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
