I took a car insurance with in March 2022 . I have been trying to cancel this policy from September 2022 till today its not cancelled they are sending me from pillar to post. They are deducting my money illegal now
I bought a brand new POLO TSI 1.0 Comfortline in January 2019. On the 13th January 2021 I had a problem with the car it just lost power while I was on N@ on my home Butterworth and the car just stopped on the road and I had to call road assistance and tow truck came after tow hours around 21h30. On Friday, 14th January 2022 the car had the same problem of loosing powere while i was driving coming from work and going home. I had to call road assistance again and the tow truck came after an hour. The question how can a new which is less 3 years old give me these problems? These are technical problems. They were not caused by me but by manufacturer. At first I was told that the rats messed up electrical cables this is the reason why the vehicle lost power. I an estate where I am staying many vehicles are parked outside there are no garages but I have never heard anyone having the same problem of rats messing electrical cables of vehicles why me? Hence i believe that was a blue lie. C an VW get their house in order and provide excellent service to its customers??
My insurance is not treating me well. They always promise that they will call me back of which they never did that as from yesterday. My car has been with the Elegant Square Panelbeaters for the past 8 weeks. and the courtesy car I was using I had to return it. Now they cannot provide me with another car. I do not have transport to go to work and do other personal activities. no one is returning my calls and giving me the car.
My car has been with this company for a body work for the past 8 weeks and they are still working on them. The courtesy car that i was using for 60 days has expired and returned it. This place cannot give me a completion date on my vehicle and they cannot provide me with a car. It was recommended by my insurance which is Momentum. Now I am struggling to come to work because where I am staying there are no taxis. This place cannot provide me with car and I feel like this insurance is not doing enough to assist me.
I have been using FNB as my primary bank for salary and other accounts for the past 7 years. In September 2019 my account was hacked and i was scammed R10550.00. I reported the matter to the Vincent branch in East London and to their head office on the following after the branch has done incomplete work. the consultant that was helping me on the 21st September 2019 was so incompetent hence i had to report the matter again on the 2nd October 2019 to their Johannesburg head office. After investigation they only paid me R158.00 saying that the remainder of R10300.00 was stolen because of my negligence. I was ill-treated by this bank although i have trusted them to keep my money. My money was stolen by fraudsters while in the possession but now they cannot account for it. I have a lot of accounts that i have with them and now I am thinking of moving to another bank. There is no customer care at FNB and I am disappointed by the way they have handled my query.
