How many times does one have to submit bankstatement and they just ignore the statements and keep the application on hold, 2 days now. But already i had to approve the debicheck on my bank?? So now the funds are going to be deducted without me receiving my loan??? this is horrible, i should have taken the bad reviews for this company more seriously

Im not sure why the businesses does not help us when we request it, and i know after logging this query or complaint, only then will i receive help. i took out medical aid with discovery, they assisted me. Then i received my welcome pack from them with my virtual card that is still on my ****en name, I emailed them 4 times requesting it to be changed, no reply. Then i receive whatsapps with my welcome pack, try to log in, i have to request a one time pin, enter my id and my nr just to keep on getting an error message that the id number does not correspond with the info they have on the system for me, now this leaves me to wonder, how am i covered when this is the type of service one receives, easy to phone and assign you to medical aid so they make the sale, and then after that, just no help! i want to already cancel this medical aid, nothing works, i did state million of times i got married please change my surname, nothing! they did not even tell me where they will delivery my medical cards to, nothing!

Pathetic Service! We are busy emigrating and needed to sold our vehicles. We spoke to the Lydenburg consultant, Brandon - he gave my husband an amount for his car. When we contact Brandon back, he just doesnt answer his phone, almost for a week now. I also contacted Brandon for my car, does not answer his phone or whatsapps. I decided to contact customer care who told me that someone will get back to me - going for 2 weeks no, no one phoned me, no assistance, nothing! The we buy car adverts on jacaranda runs every 2 minutes but when you phone, no one wants to help you! How is this good service???
I lodged a complaint for not receiving my promotional items from samsung, they don't help you at all! after 2 weeks struggle, Bjorn assisted me with a conference call to Tholagele Sapheptea - who promised i will receive a confirmation email the same day that it has been sorted, she continued to promise this! when i checked the claim status now - still shows unable to verify... its almost longer than a month now to ask for my items which i upgraded on, why do you advertise it if you are not able to give it? So I upgraded on a package where there is a watch and pods, the consultant advised me to register my phone on the members app and i will receive my freebies. i have done so, received an email to say they can not validate my claim and that i have to send supporting doc, i have done that, no help - 3 weeks they ignore me, keep on giving me the same error message. I phoned,, been on hold for 30min then they cut the call,, everyday this happened. Then i did the live chat om the members app - they dont help, the one consulant kept telling me that i need to phone the nr i told them i did, they said well phone the nr again, then they said email the docs, i told them i have, they told me to do it again, and ended the chat! how is this good service??? no help! i upgraded as a gift to my daughter, now i have to beg for my freebies to be sent to me i took this upgrade for those freebies, no email response no answer of calls, nothing!!!
I dont understand this!!!!! I upgraded to an A35 which comes with a watch and earpods, i only received the phone, then on the MTN whatsapp number they said i should register my new phone on the members app and MTN will send me my freebees, i did register the phone, it does nothing after that - then i tried to register it again, it says already registered, i asked on the whatsapp nr again, no reply for 5 days now, this is not right, if i am offered a certain package, why do i only receive half of it???????????????????
This is the 2nd time i had to write a review, thats the only way someone helps! The whatsapp chat lines to assist on mtn - doesnt work, they ignore you. The lydenburg number listed, they ignore you on whatsapp, they ignore the phonecalls. Then I app**** for a 2nd line, they dont call back to say if it was approved or declined (this was online), i called to find out if i can do an early upgrade knowing there is a fee involved, they said no, when i quoted wat the mtn website states as yes you can, then they said "oh okay let me transfer to someone that can help you" no one helped. Went to the Lydenburg branch to do the early upgrade, promised a phone call back, no call received. phoned them, no answer! this is the worst cellphone network and i will rather cancel my contract than upgrade it!
