I opened an account in December 06 2024, online it was approved i went to a shop in Pietermaritzburg, i submitted all my documents and i stayed for 3 hours in the shop, and after that long wait, i was told that my documents were blocked by ***** department, yesterday i went back to check i was told the same thing and the lady called tje head office nothing was done except for a response that said wait for the ***** department, its been a month and nobody knows whats this ***** thing is about,
I have been trying to close my dstv account and all the ir call centre agents are not helping me, i paid the arrears amount and before that i called and i was told that i must pay a certain amount i did, and now i cant close the account at at the same time its not active. I dont know what i must do now, all i need is their stupid acclunt closed and to get a paid up letter for my account so that i can clear my credit record
I am very disappointed with the service i got from intercity buses, i bought a return ticket to Pretoria in Pietermaritzburg, unfortunately i was sick i went to fhe dr for check up and i couldn't leave, i reported the matter and i was told no refund no exchange unless i provide a dr sick note, i did that, i was told to pay 80rand rebookong fee, i paid ontop of 700 for the ticket its been 2 days now they still say they arw verifying the payment and to top it all the consultant using the whatsapp help line is veru rude, unprofessional, gives one word answers, doesn't have the decency to treat customers with respect, im so disappointed with the service, and they are ****mers you pay for the service you didn't receive and your money is gone,
I'm really ****ed at the service Mondo is giving to us as customers, since last week I was approved for a contract now I have been waiting for a customer service agent to call me until today nothing, your service is very bad I have sent emails, even called them and they lied
I bought a 5kg iwisa maize meal last week at pnp hypermarket mulbarton; when i opened the maize meal yesterday i cooked pap it didnt cook well can they please recall the batch because it is not like the maize meal its like a cake flour once cooked .
I am very disappointed with the administrator of capitec ; i sent an email this morning regarding the cheque clearance . I simply wanted an exact date up to now i have not received the response
I have been applying at Unisa from 2015 and paying the application fee , and their response is always the same that I don't meet the requirements, but my matric score points allow me to study at unisa either for a diploma in law or higher certificate in any course , I don't even have the option to appeal their decision on line as they closed the appeal section. What really frustrates me is that they don't even answer their phones when I try to call them to understand what's the problem from 2015 till now , and I see in 2020 the applications are open all year yet we cannot get a space to study is it because we are black we don't deserve a chance to become something in life or is unisa specifically made for a certain class of people no poor people like us? I would really like to understand why they say their admission points is this much and yet you are told that you don't meet the minimum entry requirements and when you calculate your own points you find out that you are qualified to study
I'm very dissapointed in the service I got from FNB , I must say that I will never ever recommend or even use fnb for any reason even if it was the last bank in south Africa or in the whole world . the attitude of their staff in bank city head office , the way they handled my complain I'm so dissapointed and I really think that they should change their slogan of how can we help you and say how can we not help you instead , I deposited money into a fraudsters account and I sent all the proof they requested in December to assist me by returning my money back , I sent everything on the 17th of December and I called to make a follow up with a lady called Beverly Nukeri who told me that she is still investigating , I called again and she told me that it's no yet 7 days she will give me feedback , few days later I got an SMS saying that Jonga we cannot help you , as you were borrowing someone money for flights xo from fnb! Does it even matter what the money was for ? I reported the account the minute I suspect that I was being defrauded by someone and fnb froze the account and what's so hard in ffnb to return the money I deposited into that account as they cannot even contact the account holder ! If they can't return my money back where is my money gonna end up? Or when their customer decides to go and unfreeze the account they will help him? Is fnb promoting fraudulent activities , is it the platform used by crooks to rob us of our money ? I was trying to assist someone later I found out that she was lying and I immediately reported to fnb to help freeze the account so that I can get my money back of which its been a month since I reported and fnb didn't even have the decency to give me feedback on the investigation that was done , I am highly dissapointed that I lost 10 000 rand in this and I'm wondering where will this money go since its been in that account and since I cannot get it back ! I am urging all south Africans to reconsider doing business with fnb because they only care about making money
I would like to thank Xolisile Vilakazi from service recovery for being a good customer care agent , unfortunately my query has not been solved till today from November , To fnb fraud department (David Mashaba) you are so rude and arrogant you can keep the money in that fraudster account , it is so sad that I cannot reverse the deposit even if I have sent proof and affidavit now I'm sitting with a debt but its okay fnb you can keep it , I had explained and went to more than 5 police stations to get the case number and reported back to you still David was so rude and ended up banging the phone on my ear without even listening to me Thank you fnb your service speaks for itself
I was scammed by a person who banks with fnb , i deposited the money into an fnb account and later found out that the person was scamming me, I quickly went to fnb and they put that account on hold, I was told to go to saps to open the case , I wen and saps said they cannot open the case because there is no crime in my case , my problem is how did that person open an account with fnb in the first place, why is it hard for fnb to return our monies because they can see that there are deposits made into this account and call us the depositors back so that we can get our money back , an fnb investigator than contacted me and he was very rude up to a point where he too me that fnb is a platform it did not scam me , but I was scammed by their customer using them as the platform of scam I'm really stressed by this and it is frustrating that now scammers are protected in our country by their banks and saps , I don't wish that someone can go through what I went through
