We have been paying off on our bond since 2003 it is 22 years later and in the last 6 months we paid in R57500 and the bond amount only dropped with R11669.09. we feel that there is something miscalculated. Went to the bank they only gave us a bank statement for the last 6 months and said everything is right. We need a proper explanation. I put in a claim on the 28th of October and to today no feedback or payment received. I received an email to say they will get hold of me in 2 days but to today nothing. If you phone you speak to a consultant and then get cut off (3 times) I have had no joy form them

On 08.04.2020 i send an email to ask for 3 months leave on my bond repayments. i received an email back stating it will take between 7 to 10 working days to get an answer. Reason for leave is my husband is unemployed and i am an estate agent and cannot work at the moment. I followed up on 17/4, 30/4 and 18/5 via email and also made 3 phone calls to them in that time. I was told that they have a backlog and i need to be patient. yesterday i phoned again and was told my bond has been handed over. I am not happy
Still waiting. Just got email to say they have received my complaint
I have reported fraud on my account on 27 June 2019. I was told that it should take approx a week to sort out. Up until today no word, no phonecall nothing from the bank. Please assist
