I visited Kolnicks Somerset recently and experience awesome service from Damian..A patient..friendly salesman that went an extra mile in giving advise and service ..Definitely a place to go visit again.
I was approved on a vehicle unfortunately in my excitement I was told that they don't sell vehicles further than 300km from where they are located. I would have fetch the vehicle myself and take a engine warranty on the vehicle. This above policy was made and change over a weekend. I have to contact them several times pleading for the vehicle but with no positive outcome. Why was not told in the first place. I was going to take the car as is. I was a telkom customer with a landlines 0218642305 for several years which I pay my account regularly. In 2019 the cable of the landlines was stolen and I didn't have any service for telkom. After many calls to telkom they reply that the cable is not going to be replace due to continuous theft. They cancel my contract and reverse the account ever sins. If I received a account from them I will call and ask why does it still happen. All the time I just receive reference numbers. To my surprise I want to apply for a loan and discover that I am blacklisted with R700 at Telkom..I never received any post from Telkom sins 2020...To my understanding is that I ended my contract in 2019 due to no services from telkom line. I Thought telkom close this account. I Spoke to a consultant last week again a reference number and a dispute. Please Telkom a need you to clear my name. I will never recommend someone to you.
Goodday . On the 26 October i done some shopping at pnpay Wellington. I took a bottle Jik whereby the bottle spilled as i pick it up. My dress got spoiled and i ask the supervisor on duty what is the policy regarding this. She said they going to replay the video of the incident whereby they done it. She came back and said the directors said its not their fault but the company who packed the jik. She did not even say sorry. I just feel they could have handled it better because it was an expensive dress. I bought another jik but when i came at home almost most of the bottled leaked. Something is wrong with the packaging. I also took some pictures as proof.
Still waiting on RCS group to solve my problem. R1615..is alot of money to go wasted.
Goodday During lockdown RCS group sent an easypay number to pay our account. We made a payment of R1615.00 with the easypay number at PnPay..The payment never reflects on the statement for the pass two months. We made phone calls..sent emails and whatzupp with proof of payment.RCS promised to come back but till this day nobody replied or call back. The account was in arrears because of above...Is their help somehow plse..

Mrp mobile phoned me on 9 September for data contract on my prepaid number with vodacom. They will debit my Milady.s account montly with R129 for 2gig of data..On the 18 September my phone was started to give me problems after i received 1gig of data from Mrp mobile. I couldn.t make or received any calls..my network was off. It said Network not SA registered. I made severals call to Mrp mobile and only get reference numbers and no help to my problem. I asked that this should be cancelled but they could not answer me on the matter..I been paying with no service receiving from Mrp mobile instead they sent me back and forth to Vodacom. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME.
