Amazing service by auto and general consultant. Not only was she able to verify my debit order date but took the time to make sure that I was getting the best cover possible for the amount of money I'm paying. She really took the time to I sure that I was assisted and now I am able to have not only my outer building covered but the contents too. What a blessing.

Beautiful restaurant, the decor and food is amazing and transports you to another world altogether. Staff are friendly and attentive. A perfect place to take your date and tantalize his or her tastebuds.
I ordered two Quarter Pounder Meals with cooldrinks via Uber Eats from McDonald's Montague Gardens last night 12/12/2020 Firstly there were no cooldrinks available other than energade which I paid extra for. On arrival of my food neither of the Quarter Pounders had any garnish only a slice of cheese and a teas**** of tomato sauce. I then had to contact another branch to get hold of the Montague Gardens outlet. I spoke to a Thobeka/ Thombeka who apologized and said that they would send me burgers due to their error the following day but that I should call her after 10am on Sunday so that she could arrange it. To my frustration, I have called them over twenty times, the number either rings or goes straight to voicemail. I have left two messages for her to please contact me and it is now 12:30 and nobody has come back to me. I am really angry as its my time and money wasted.
I received an sms stating my new cards would be delivered to nedbank woodstock and if I didnt want it to go there I was to reply no, which I did. No consultant called back, how ever a couple of weeks down the line I received messages my card was ready at Nedbank Gardens, firstly I stay in Northern Suburbs which is very clear on the system, but some idiot sent it to Gardens which is on the other side of the world, I then contacted nedbank call centre to explain what had happened and told the person who assisted me in their call centre that gardens was too far and that they needed to send my card to Canal Walk. She then went on to the system and told me it had been sorted out and that I would not be charged as it was an error on their part. I even praised her and said they should employ more competent people like her. Then I called Canal walk on Friday 24th July to ask if my card had arrived as I keep receiving messages from Gardens to collect my cards only to be told there are no cards there for me, so I had to again explain and told the consultant about the error by nedbank and she checked the system and there was nothing on their system. So the phone call made to the call centre and the conversation I had with the call centre agent was not even logged. I have seen other stories about peoples cards being sent to the incorrect branches. I will not be paying any fee for my card to be sent to the correct branch and I expect someone to personally deliver my cards as I have had to walk all the way to Canal walk just to collect my cards that were supposed to have been sent there. Pathetic service I think I will be closing my account after all these years.
So today I ordered Mc Donalds, online for deliver, firstly the app doesn't work properly, although my order arrived early and cold, the driver actually asked me for a tip. I have never tipped the drivers ever as I pay for my food to be delivered. Is this a new policy at Mc Donalds now.
