I am an agent at this company, I bring business but they take me as a full and other agents are complaining too . They think one can work for free and they will tell u they are paying your commission but nothing for weeks , an easy cash sent , takes 3 weeks to get I have not even had my commission payed till date . Biggest mistake working as an agent for this company.
I am really disappointed, I have to wait to months to get a months UIF . The call center does not help at all, they just say they will send escalations but no help . One has to complain 10/15 times before getting help , more than 20 emails must be sent to 4 uif emails but still it will take forever to get the funds 😡😡😡😡😡
I payed my account in full to an extent that Exact owed me R1, but I kept on receiving call for me to join the magazine what what that I did not know of, and I told them no I don't want it, even though they kept on saying I must try it out for one month, still I said no. Now my credit record is at stake because they say I am in areas by R57 that I don't know of. If they say I joined, then I must be provided with the recording that I said yes.
I brought a car at imperial select cape Town and the service was really bad, my car bornet showed that the car was not fine but they assured me that they did a hard job on it, but few months later the car started making funny sounds on the wells wen I turned or reversed the car. At that point in time it was deep in it, then boom when I took my car for service of 75000km they told me I had to bring the car back so that they can start it from scratch, how was that possible because the car is still in good shape? And I didn't receive even my spare key for the car, from the start the consultant was in a hurry to sell me the car, he took advantage because it was my first time buying a car. Tried many times to raise my complaint but nothing till this day, I am not happy at all.
