I had taken those goods the very same day on Saturday i am not sure how you would have shamed me by declining me for something like this. My mistake was to delay and said I am going to discuss with my family that you have offered R100 000 with no deposit. But when I come back the status has changed to referred which had taken me over a week trying to justify to you with supporting documents that I have nothing to do with the judgement you are talking about. Even the person responsible for judgement is admitting in writing hand even gave his cell numbers unless he told you the different story privately then I may forgive you. Other big banks have trusted me with millions and I even do double payment and you waisted my time. When I bring family to Choose further that is when my character was totally defamed. Been trying to register for bills and to pay rates since mid-March. It was closed and they hadn't catered for new registration during lockdown. Made phonecalls, called and emailed Sizakala went physically without success. The ****er yesterday the 1st of June. Went to Martin west asked for the right queue from female employee,referred to the extremely long queue for statements.When I reached consultant, she said wrong queue and asked me if I have letter from attorneys. I showed her from my email and that was cubicle 14. I she said join enquiry queue and sit there, I joined enquiry queue and I think I was number 12. When I was number 8 security said I must go and start the enquiry queue outside and told me there are people who have been waiting for a while outside... Yelled... After 4 hours I reached Michelle in cubicle 20. She asked me if I have transfer letter I said yes but it is on email. She said she needs hard copy. I requested that I email this to her and she prints for me because I have already spent over 4 hours here. She said emails are not working. I looked outside for printing and till now I haven't printed since it is lock down..

Wimpy in Davenport Durban has always been having best service until the 19th of November when Lizel who happens to be the Manager made me experience pathetic service by refusing to come meet us as customers when she didn't have stock and we requested them to replace quarter chicken which was out of stock with wings or fish and even refused to see us when we wanted to drum sense that this was not happening for the first time. You can attest that with Glorious. We waited for 40 minutes hoping she would come out instead she went to extent of sending her husband s cell number to us. After 40 minutes we decided to go to Nandos. Even more worse, wimpy doesn't have direct customer complaints. I used their page on line to complain, no response, used info email for complaining no response hense I have resorted to you. If you want copies of emails I have them and can forward them to you. Even staff kept on pleading her to come see us she refused. I suspect she did all this because she knew complaining prossess for Wimpy is pathetic
