Worst experience ever, qualification completed 2022 and to this date I haven’t received my certificate. When I go to the office I am told that I have to fetch my certificate from the Department of Education in Pretoria, they not even giving confirmation if the certificate is there or not. It’s been years and my life is stuck, I can’t even further my studies as I am unable to get my certificate from Rostec College.
I have making numerous calls to get my refund from MTN - Mondo, this partnership is a no no, I canceled my contract within the cooling off period in December, I was debited twice by MTN, I have been requesting for the refund since then and everytime am told a different story, I have sent emails and called but still no refund has been processed.
After numerous attempts to get my refund from MTN/MONDO, communicating with different consultants with no resolution, I would like to thank Sanele Dlamuka for his prompt assistance on the matter, just 1 phone call and my query was resolved.
I took out a black friday contract MTN data sim card of R199 in November, I was told that if I cancel within 10 days of receipt then I won't be charged any usage fees or cancelation fees, I received sim in December, I was not able to use data as my devices were not supported, I then contacted MTN and Mondo in order for them to cancel my contract, the cancelation went through in December, I was then charged R301.70 for December for what I don't know, January my account was debited again R1062.74 for cancelation which I was told that I don't have to pay as the contract was canceled within 10 days. I have been requesting for a refund and making contacts with Mondo and MTN both giving me different stories, Mondo today said I will not get a refund as I did use the data, MTN can't see any usage on their side as they confirmed that Mondo has to pass credit from their side.
After my review was removed because the consultant says it's false, I still haven't had a response from them. Do not waste your time and money with this company. No application has been done 6 months later. They are so unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!
I submitted all the required documents in September and proof of payment, but till this day my application hasn't be captured. Every time when I enquire am told the system isn't working, I always have to confirm if I've paid and supply my login details over and over again. No communication or update with regards to the application.
