PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE - THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND STILL EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR SERVICE NOT DONE. WHEN YOU APPROACH THEN REGARDING THIS THEY LIE AND FORCE THERE WAY. AVERAGE WAITING TIME 3-4 MONTHS FOR A REPAIR IF YOU ARE LUCKY
Stay away from these people, They don't care about their customers. You will be the one ending up apologizing to your customers and paying money out of your pocket because they don't know their products. They don't take responsibility for the product information they provide. The people their think they are the customers and they will tell you what is right and what is wrong. Closed my account now because of multiple losses and apologies I had to give my customers.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE - THE RECEPTION IS RUDE and they try and sweet talk you into a situation where they basically will not help you at all. They can't verify any information and they can't check any warranty information by themselves. THEY DON'T"T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WILL NOT FIX YOUR EQUIPMENT. -100 starts is more accurate.
Don't ever consider axxess as an ISP. There support is pathetic. Support is a big problem. The person on the other side normally don't know what to do and after 10 suggestions you normally get an answer that you need to speak to somebody else. This is great if the second person can actually help. They don't call back and you also can't call them. Currently its taking axxess 3 days to find out why an MTN sim is not working, after 3 days they now think its maybe MTN thats the problem. They tell you the will speak to MTN and will revert back in 3 hours, its now 7 hours later and again no response. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM AXXESS
