ABSA why would you deduct R119 today??? And charge me R150 for an unpaid debit order straight after your R119 attempt? I have moved the inception date to 1 October successfully and then you go and deduct a R119 that I definitely did not authorize. You will reverse my R150 asap or I move my banking to another bank and cancel your insurance asap.
Takealot reversed an amount back to my account on Saturday already, which is greyed out and still not cleared. When I queried it this morning, Absa telling me I need to email them to have this amount cleared. OH OK, maybe Absa should make it clear to their customers of their processeses. Please clear the amount ASAP. I SENT PROOF AND EMAILS. I MEAN REALLY... HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY OWN MONEY?
