The service was prompt and efficient and when I was stranded they came to my aid. I locked my keys in car and within 30 minutes of calling road side assist they were there to help me.
No communication whatsoever except after you pay! Then it all goes quiet. No emails! No option to track parcel! The phone calls don’t go through! I’m devastated I wasted my money on this.
I bought a hoover online and a week later was told that my order has been cancelled. Instead of the money reversing back into my ACC I am told I need to go to the store to ask for the money back but how as I paid online because I don’t have a store next to me. I spoke to the lady who sent the email on the 20th of August 2025 and told her I cannot go to the store and she said the money will then be reversed back into my account in 7 to 14 days. On the 9th of September I sent another email because I still didn’t have the refund. No reply. I called on the 10th of September and still no refund to this day regardless of being promised that it will reflect soon. I don’t know why they don’t want to give my money back in the same way they received it
They did a good service for me especially the patience and calmness of Asiashu T****amba
I recently took a contract with Telkom, I ran out of bundles and used my Capitec bank to buy the airtime and subsequently data. This all was allowed and received confirmations of the transaction and amounts now I am being told that the airtime doesn’t appear on my side and even though I have bought the bundles I still need to pay for the service because I am not allowed to buy for myself. I am frustrated because I want my money back since I’ll have to now pay money twice
I've since not received my good that I ordered more than 12 days ago. I am being taken from pillar to post and had to even call Carnival makro store a bunch of times to receive any response for my order. All attempts have been made from my side to get my order or any information but they keep saying they'll get back to me but no action. This is the worst customer care ever and as soon as I get my goods or refund I'll no more order from this shop
The bus was late and we were only notified about this after waiting for over an hour. The lady at the desk in Park Station Johannesburg was not professional and didn't have the utmost respect for her job. The bus was slow and it took us about 9 hours on the road with only one stop to Durban. The bus driver was kind and mentioned that it was due to the bus' lack of service that we weren't able to make it on time
