What a disaster this afternoon from 16h40 to 18h00 between Pretoria Station and Hatfield Station. Customer service lacked and there was no communication between staff and passengers
I have been trying to cancel my wife's membership since 3 April and after a few email exchanges and phone calls, I received an email on 8 April. This mail from Planetfitness Customer Services dated 8 April confirmed that her membership was due to be cancelled on 30 April and that the last payment will be required on 1 April for her monthly membership fee, on condition that she calls their Customer Service. My wife apparently missed some of their phone calls, but she sent an email on 16 April to confirm the cancellation. To my surprise, they also deducted the full membership fee for the month of May. According to the Manager at their Queenswood Branch, I am supposed to pay for the month of May as well as we are on a month-to-month contract. Someone at Planetfitness must please explain to me the purpose of their 8 April email and why I had to be billed for May as well

Two years ago I had some upholstery work done by Metro Lifestyle in Carlswald, Midrand. Although my wife and I were very happy with the work done, we noticed some defects towards the end of last year. Since Metro Branch in Midrand closed down due to the impact of the Corona virus, I took the matter up with their Branch in Centurion. There I was gladly assisted by Karrim who arranged for the collection of the 2 Victorian chairs. The chairs were collected, the defects corrected and the chairs were delivered with no questions asked. I'm a happy customer and as they say "Happy wife, happy life." Thank you Metro Centurion
So Mall of Africa decided on this Friday that it would charge weekend prices for parking on a Friday. No notification, nothing. I had to pay R10 for my 50 minute parking which should have been R7
