Their online consultants really give zero. I was literally told to “be patient” and wait for my next day delivery which was already five days late. At day 10 I requested to cancel. Wait for it I had to send an email and was told to “be patient and wait”. Good Alahmagtig Core is useless…
Terrible on-site and online customer service. Pretended to refund my money but never did when load shedding caused a show cancellation. Just emails containing lies. Completely understand why their investor pulled when they realised it was sham of a business.
Liars. Changed shipping details on their fake transport portal. Avoid at all costs.
Refused to service their water proofing after it was damaged by a window tinting contractor. Even when I offered to pay I was told to get another contractor to attend to the work. They charge a massive premium for their service and it counts for nothing.
Took my iMac in for screen repair - got it back with a screen that visibly flickers, there ghosting, the screen can’t power off and a fan noise that was never there. Returned the unit twice only to be told they’ve run a benchmark test and found no fault with the unit.
Sent me a laptop battery that was dead on arrival. Initial they agreed to refund my transaction but now me emails are being ignored.
Spoke to the "receptionist" and was greeted with a stroppy militant attitude with unnecessary sarcasm when all I was looking for was assistance regarding a solar geyser installation. Oh and to top it all off I got the phone thrown down in my ear. If she'd worked for me I'd have fired her or placed her in a back office far away from any potential customers. Avoid at all costs.
