From the moment we walked into Cielo she (Suwerte) helped us so well. It's rare that people are as friendly and helpful as she is. Well done to her and Cielo PE.
Do not use RAM couriers. They always call me and ask "Where must we deliver your parcel?" It's like they don't want to do the effort driving to my exact location because it's out of town, then they call me and hope I tell them to drop it off in town somewhere. And the person who is calling me is talking very softly and not friendly at all. Don't know what's going on with RAM, but a lot of people are very unhappy with them. All they must do is deliver the package to the address the client gave them, not so hard.
I have been waiting 7 working days for my package. There was apparently a problem with the delivery but no one called or emailed me. If I had not called my parcel would probably have gone missing. The lady I spoke to on the phone was also not helpful at all and whispered into the phone. I always wait 2-3 working days for my parcels, but with Dawn Wing there is always issues. They promised 2 days ago it would have arrived that same day I called but I am still waiting ... poor service and NO COMMUNICATION - Delay , delay , delays .......... Rather use The Courier Guy , they are awesome ! THANKS :)
Hi there. Please stop calling me. I did not give your company permission. And please don’t tell me “your friend gave us your number” … My friend isn’t ME. NEVER BUY FROM THEM ONLINE. They have a ridiculous policy. I bought shoes online, I sent them back for a refund because it was too big. They did not want to refund or exchange the shoes - it was apparently not in the original package - but it WAS. The one shoe had a mark on it, I saw it and told them about the mark , it must've been them because I didn't wear them at all. They rejected my refund, and they told me I have to pay the courier myself to send my shoes back to me - how ridiculous. First they took weeks to pick up the shoes from me , and after they picked them up I had to email them - probably weeks/days later to ask whats going on. If I did not email them myself to ask what's going on ... then my shoes were probably still just lying there at the warehouse and they forgot about me. I'm still waiting for my shoes and I had to pay my own courier today, they could at least pay for it but they didn't want to - it's their policy. BUT this is how you learn. I AM THE CUSTOMER NOT THEM. Terrible experience - the shops are nice BUT online shopping is a BIG NO for me. The communication between them and me isn't helping , and they are not going out of their way to make things easier. I am a loyal person and LOVES ONLINE SHOPPING, but never ever again at Forever New. PLEASE GUYS THEY HAVE A POLICY THAT'S VERY STRICT. RATHER DON'T BUY ONLINE FROM THEM They have beautiful clothes and I love their styles don't get me wrong. But again don't buy online. Thanks :)
Huge open spaces with only few seats. Staff didn’t do anything to help us. We sat on a broken concreat bench. They did not go out of their way to make it work. Menu not to good - only a few breakfast choices.
