MTN - ****mers are targeting your customers utilizing the M2U voucher system, and you know about the **** but have not addressed or warned the public about this. There has to be inside information being provided otherwise how does the ****mer, supposedly from the MTN ***** division have all the personal information including bank details, address, ID number etc. Sort out the security on your apps before you launch them and make sure you make the public aware when you find about ****s taking place.
Shocking service, does not live by any statements on their website. Not reputable or recommended at all. Overcharged for spares, too the faulty compressor away with them, Never honored the guarantee when the fridge stopped working a day after the repairs were done, Did not arrived at the arranged times, stopped responded to phone calls or messages after the second no show.
Came out to repair the fridge, replaced the compressor, fridge worked for 1 day. called them back, never arrived at the time they said - 2 hrs later, regassed and welded - left saying fridge would get cold - never did. Called again - agreed on a time, did not arrive, do not respond to whatsapp messages, phone calls etc
This company is a scam. Payment made, never received the goods. No response to emails, tracking number issued with order confirmation is fake.
What a stunning restaurant, authentic Italian food, in a welcoming homely atmosphere. The best Italian food i have had in a long time. LaLa and team we will definitely be back often now that we have discovered this hidden gem.
I had a blocked drain, called Roto Rooter, they sent out a team very promptly. They quoted R1900 which had to be paid upfront before any work was done. They attempted to unblock the drain, would not take any advise from my helper or myself, and was very condescending and rude to us both. They could not fix the problem left after quoting R7000 to dig up the back yard and replace the pipes. We called a second company who arrived and fixed the issue. I am still waiting for the difference between the initial payment and the actual invoice for a job not completed. I found them to be arrogant and unhelpful and will not be dealing with them again.
As the Customer I did not expect to be spoken to by Helen in such a rude, aggressive manner, when asking for an explanation the replacement cost of a thermostat that was replace in Feb as part of the service, as the part only lasted 8 months. Doubt where they even care though based on the number of bad reviews with no reply from SunTank.
