My installer bought a luxpower inverter from Solarway on my behalf. The luxpower inverter has had a defect since the time I bought it. We've reported this and now they're giving my installer the run around. I will not recommend you buy from them, because the products as far as I'm concerned are considered Grey products. They refuse to take accountability and as a result I will be reporting this company to the CPA and Ombudsman. Ridwaan, I'm disappointed, and will not recommend your company unless you fix my product. I worked hard to purchase it, and to be treated like this will result in alot of negative publicity coming your way.
Very poor service. A funeral benefit was available on a life policy, TO ASSIST WITH THE FUNERAL, but after having submitted all the documents, 3 weeks later, it's still sitting with assessors, after consultants have confirmed everything is in order. Being told the case has been escalated several times, with promises to call me back... Yet still nothing. Premiums paid every month, but when it's time to claim funds that are due to you... It's excuse after excuse... I would not recommend this company to anyone. I'm dreading having to claim the Life portion when the service is so mediocre. Now I have to go to the Ombudsman and contact attorneys to get what is due to the family. What a let down, when families need you the most, YOU LET THEM DOWN. Rozanne, Colean, Nthabiseng, Colean again.. I'm disappointed in your service, honestly.
Even after I made payment, my account was not allocated after confirmations received that it has. I've had 3 people working on my account and still no result after the promised time. My patience is really being tested with such pathetic service. Can I get competent people working on my matters.
