What a terrible service we are getting from Randwest Municipality. Azaadville Gardens is their mine pot, we have spent years staying here and paying monthly rates and taxes without owing. suddenly everyone is owing R10 000 plus on our municipality accounts after so many years when we have been paying the accounts diligently. The only explanation from this municipality is that they have added the Sewer charges that were supposed to have been added 5-7 years ago and now they want to recoup those amounts. This matter has been referred to the Ward 8 councilor, and he was promised by the Municipality that this issue was going to be tabled at council on the 29th of August and to date, this matter has not been refereed and still no solution to this issue. The Finance Manager does not even want to come address the issue when we have an IDP, instead we keep on getting these reminders of amounts in arrears and its now even being worked into the electricity purchases. There is really nothing to write home about with this municipality, it cannot even fix streets lights or even closing potholes.
What a great service received from Lerato at Absa Idirect Retentions Team, after spending soo much time waiting to speak to someone and I am glad I spoke to Lerato who provided an exceptional customer service. She understood what I wanted to do without issues, she listened to my request and provided a resolution with dedication and patience. Wish Regulators can fine MTN again. I went to MTN Keywest branch on the 10th of September before my contract ended and I spoke to Lerato, and she ordered a phone package that was not complete and had to reorder the phone with the band watch. The supervisor by the name of Carl said to me I could have upgraded to any device in order to have avoided to be charged outside the contracted fee which only ended on the 17th of September 2022. I am not happy with the responses received from Carl as he says I could have upgraded to something I did not like just to avoid being charged these exorbitant amounts. The same thing MTN did 24 months ago, I have logged tickets and they were ended without being completed and no feedback is provided. MTN does not care about treating their customers fairly. I want to cancel my contract after this outrageous service received from MTN keywest Branch.

What a great service received from Pitso and Amogetswe when I had an accident. From the time I called in and Pitso was on point in arranging a tow truck on a couple of minutes. Your service is beyond reapproach and thank you for that.
