They always put you under pressure to send money and once you send money no one will take your calls. I have been dealing with a lady called Shirly and no one is taking my calls now .She started by Lying before I settled their invoice, making empty promises. I am extremely disappointed!!!

Very power customer service, they took two months to organize number plates. I ended up buying my own. NOW THEY DO NOT WANT TO REFUND ME. I HAVE ALREADY SENT MORE THAN 30 EMAILS (FOLLOWING UP WITH NO RESPONSE).
I have experienced an EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE and I feel ****** and ****MED! I bought a car from Hyundai Boksburg, they told me that they can not find the spare key and busy looking for. They are still looking for that spare key even today since 3 years ago. Now I lost my main key and they are telling me that I should pay to get another key. I would not recommend anyone to use this dealership. As I write this review, I Cannot drive my car because Hyundai Boksburg is unable to provide my Spare key and I dont have money to do another key.
😡😡😡😡Hi everyone, These people scammed me and got me blacklisted. The long and short of it. Few days after I bought my car, an old man for NESTAR came to my house saying that he was sent by my car dealership to come and install the tracking device on their behalf and this has been included in my car installments. The old man made it clear that I won't have any access to the installed device and I should get my own tracker of which I did. I noticed after 3 months that NESTAR has been taking money directly from my account without any agreement between me and them, I never signed any agreement with them, I don't know where they got my bank details and authorization to debit money from my account. I then went to the bank to stop them, then they handed me over..... I need help to sue them and clear my name 😩
Hi, I am really not getting any joy from your consultant is assigned to assist with my claim that was submitted on the 28th September 2020. Henriette Oosthuizen (VAPS Claims Consultant) requested claim documents and I sent them on the same day. He never responded until today, I have been sending follow up emails and calling I am not getting any responses from your company.
Good day, I hope you are doing well. I would like an advise on the matter below and please also advise on the process of terminating a contact with a body corporate if possible: I have been with JAG Independent group since I bought my apartment (unit no 9 at Golder in Central, Port Elizabeth) and I have been paying levies right through. Now we found out that the roof of the building is leaking through my room. I reported the matter on the 8th january 2020. Since then I have been making follow ups for the body comparate to attend to this matter, I was told that the trustees have agreed that this is their responsibility and they will incur the cost to fix it. They did send constructors to quote but nothing has been done. The room is literally leaking and it gets full of water when it's raining. The sad part is that there is someone staying in that room and we have to book a guest house when it's raining, not to mention the damages in the furniture and appliances. I never missed levies on the due date but I am not getting any joy. I have sent them more than 25 emails (proof can be provided) to seek assistance, I am really not happy with this matter and I don't know what to do now. Where is the levies money going? Hi, Hope you are doing great. I have been renting a room at Shingwedzi Lodge in weltevreden park under RE/MAX agents (krugersdorp branch). I paid every invoice given to me and I can produce all proof of payments for all invoices sent to me but yet when I told the that I am not going to renew my lease they told me that I am in arrears of R1 680. Which they could not provide me with the documentation for that money but they only told me that the Municipal rates increased and sent me a Municipal rates statement. I told them that my rent is not subjected to any municipal escalation and the Municipal rates statement should be directed to the owner not me as a tenant. They did not send any rental increase notice before telling me that I am in arrears. We moved out of the flat on the 29th of November and handed over all the keys, but until today I have not received my Deposit refund of R 8 600. The inspection documents were sent to me and I did not dispute anything. I am extremely not happy with above issue, please assist.
