This is the worst and most pathetic service I received from a pharmacy, an incorrect inhaler was sent to me to which I called them and a collection was organized item was sent back to pharmacy to which they received but from last year I am getting messages demanding payment for an item they got back and threats to affect my credit score , just reached out now again and spoke to a chat agent Michelle who was rude and blunt and no customer service ethic who just stated I need to make payment .how can anyone pay 900 plus for an item that was sent back does this company think people have money for nothing .pathetic service disgusted with customer service reps. 1st call center who is such rogues
2 days ago I received an update my order was out for delivery I took off from.work to ensure that this is received and no one called or even came today was same issue message received order out for delivery and yet again no communication and no one came , I am.utterly disgusted as not only did I lose 2 days pay from work but when I try to chat to support on whats app or call the customer service I cant seem to get through to anyone with just automated service stating how long we in queue, the courier promise was my stuff was meant to be delivered within 2 days this is disgusting service and I dont even know when my stuff will even be received
Absolutely the worst experience ever, my husband and I were working at and tied up at the office later than what we expected, we were both extremely hungry and really drained out, my wife had cravings for indian food and we placed an order from food inn India for delivery, after some delays the food arrived, the entire order was messed up and the food was in a terrible condition, besides being a mess we also found a dead fly in the rice, then we try to reach out and there are no reps responding, I have all the images and I will be posting it viral so people can see what services you offer, absolutely pathetic service.Worse been pregnant was left hungry and disgusted waste of 250 rand
Worst experience ever, my partner and i went in to woolworths store opposite bayside mall to get some stuff for desert as we had family over, we bought 5 cinnamon doughnuts for 50 rand and a Tiramisu desert for 150 and some cheese buns for kids, only for us to go home and find that the doughnuts was so stale and not edible and the Tiramisu desert had wine to which we did ask someone working there if alcohol was used and was advised no. This is utmost disappointment as the kids could not eat any of this and it was a waste of our money as this had to be thrown
I placed an order for 2700 i had 4 items missing and 2 items expired 3 days into logging complain no feedback or resolution this is utterly disappointing. The customer service advisors are also so rude and fail to assist when you speak to them after waiting so long in queues
This is the worst place to purchase food over priced and food was absolutely horrid, my partner and i was at the mall and he decided to try their steak Gatsby priced at 210 rand, he had 1 bite and was unable to eat the rest of it this Gatsby was full of chips, a tasteless polony and a horrible sauce that was not edible. After having jus 1 bite he had to leave it as he even started feeling sick, we have purchased from other places before but cant believe this horrible take away is part of Canal walk. What a waste of money
Pathetic service from Debonairs Phoenix plaza. I have placed an order with your branch and had to wait over 90mims for delivery after being informed that delivery will be done within 45mims. My kids are on holiday and have requested pizza for dinner, I placed an order online and after about 35mins I noticed that my order has not yet left the store, worried that it might take too long I contacted the store to get answers, as my husband wanted to change the order to collect hoping it will save time. I was informed that I will receive my delivery in 45mins and I chose to put my trust in your service, I have never regretted any of my decisions more than now. After endless disconnected calls and a lot of frustration 90mins later I get my delivery and I don't even we want to start complaining about the food. Really disappointed with drop in standards of such a famous brand.
