Very *********** people. I have been waiting for my delivery and when I track it, it shows that my parcel is out for delivery and in the evening they update is saying they can't get hold of me which is a lie. Yesterday the delivery guy by the name of Sihle Mpongose called me saying he can't find my address on google and asked me to send him my address. I sent him the address and tried calling him to find out if he got it but he never picked up and later updated that he couldn't get hold of me. Only God knows when I will get my parcel but I regret ever doing business with them.
So I go to protea gardens kfc to buy food on the 1st of June around 6pm. After placing my order I went to shoprite to buy something since it was full at Kfc. When I came back I find that it's only one person giving out the orders who wss focusing on the Uber eats orders more than the rest of us. The lady who was in front of me started a conversation with me saying we won't go anytime soon, I commented back saying it seems so, then the lady who was giving out orders started a comment saying "why do u make us work overtime" I asked how do u mean, then she started asking and shouting why did we have to go to shoprite cause our orders came out long ago and now she has to pack and unpack for us. I became so confused because I don't understand y would she have to pack and unpack food which I already paid for cause if the order is out you just put it aside and wait for me to come collect it. I even forgot to tske her name.
I bought a Defy 17kg washing machine last week Friday at trade route mall Game and was told it would be delivered in 3days including weekend and public holiday, The machine is not yet delivered and yesterday I decided to go back to enquire about it. I was told it would be delivered the same day which was yesterday and till today it has not be delivered. I don't understand why can't they just be honest cause now they are inconveniencing me because I have to make provision for someone to be available at home and yet they don't show up. If game can't fulfill what they promised, then they should give me my money back cause they even confirmed that the machine is in the store and doesn't have to be delivered from the warehouse.
My meter box hasn't been working since Sunday, I called in and logged a query about this and even got a ref number. I was told that someone would be sent to take a look and that the turn around time is 6 hours. Today morning I called back to do follow up. I was informed that it has been escalated and someone would come. Just now I get an SMS saying that the query has been attended to and has been resolved but no one came and I'm still sitting with a meter box which is not working
INCOMPETENT STAFF AND A STUPID EXCHANGE POLICY!! yesterday I when to truworths in Maponya mall, the service i got there was the worse ever. My mum bought me a gift at Truworths in Protea Gardens and the size was small so I when there to exchange it at Maponya Mall, I was told that my mum needs to come and do the exchange cause she bought it with her account. I tried explaining to the lady who was working in the Ltd department that my mum is currently not available to do the exchange, she advised that she should have told the cashier that she was buying it as a gift so i told her that we didn't know about that and she went on and on telling me that their staff in Maponya Mall is trained to ask clients if its a gift or not so i decided to let it be and buy something else, as I was paying for the goods I was waiting for the consultant to ask me if its a gift or not as they are trained to ask, that lady didn't ask so I went back to the other lady in the Ltd department to advise her that their staff is not trained to ask if its a gift or not for people who do not know of such policies, the lady when on to tell me that I have drama. If this is how the staff in Truworths is trained to answer customers than I do not what to be part of their business.
