No fibre connection despite payments; support unhelpful, no technician sent.
This is one of the most unreliable & inconsistent service providers Ive experienced, every month there's a network outage which usually happens on a Friday after working hours or on holidays knowing that they unreachable during weekends or holidays to solve the issue. Now I am stuck the whole weekend without connectivity and I am paying for service which I am not getting
Its taking a whole year just to register a property with Vezi de Beer.I must say this is the worst service I have experienced in terms of transferring attorneys.
I have been trying to get hold of Hollard insurance since last week and the call center for commercial is not being answered regarding my claim this is really bad service as everytime when I call they just transfer me to consultant who do not answer their phone.My claim number is DBN/EBPM P/000110397, My phone number 0824312980
