I had ordered flowers for a loved one on Netflorist for delivery on her birthday which is honestly, probably the easiest job in the world to do. In stead it was delivered a day before and the specialness that I attempted to create on her birthday was completely negated. After paying almost R1000 for a bushel of sunflowers, the best response that i got from the online customer service chat, was "sorry, it won't happen again". Dead right it won't because I will never order from these buffoons again. Horrid service.
Pathetic customer support via the whatsapp quoting service from the durbanville branch. Have been on the phone for 3 days just attempting to be helped and constantly just ignored or not gotten back to.
Legitly, the worst ISP i have ever worked with. Customer support is non existent. Nobody can ever help you with any queries. They debited my account of R4000 for a fibre installation fee and a router fee, of which they did not even install my fibre, and they bill me for a router because i ended our contract early due to them not responding to a single customer support whatsapp, call or email for almost 2 months. Thieves 100%. These people will face serious litigation in terms of the consumer protection act. Do not use them for anything whatsoever. Made the mistake of also referring people to them. Scum.
I switched from Vox to Webafrica as i was disappointed with the customer service that i got from Vox but that was legitimately the biggest mistake i could make. Since moving over i have had the most incompetent customer support one can have. The person selling me this product miss Candice Warmbeck or whatever her name is was incredibly fast in pitching and selling their service, so fast that she made an error making me pay without having used the service for more than a month. Then after struggling to sort that out for more than a month because apparently of the over 120 staffmembers they have nobody can answer a cellphone. Now after more than a month's time, for some reason they decide to cancel my debit order and pause my product, for which i am paying in full don't forget that. It is physically impossible to pay with your payfast system and your technical support cannot help me after 33 minutes on the phone. You will not be recommended to ANY SINGLE PERSON i will ever come across and be certain, i will not continue using your product as soon as i have the chance. You must be ashamed of how poor your service is.
Tiaan is highly professional and i recommended this bussiness to anyone. Bought a Soft Trifold Cover for my Ranger as well as the rollbar fitment brackets and a dust seal kit and it looks incredible. Clean, good quality and no expertise needed for installation.
