If anyone is looking for Kyle Titlman. He is skipping the country and wanting to move to Tampa Florida, USA. He can afford to pay for his own 40ft container but cant pay any of us. He is still currently residing in Atlantic Beach Golf Estate, Melkbos strand. I'm finding out the procedures in order to advise the USA Embassy of him, so that when he lands they deport him and his family. I'm done waiting for him!
Staff is not properly trained to take calls nor understand my request when I asked what was required to change my banking details to my business banking details. To only see via the emails of the staff members that my "ticket" has been closed and that I need to restart the process. Firstly, no customer care, no idea what documents they are actually wanting from me, no email provided to send whatever documents they need too, no one asked who I was or how I could be helped, checking phone call records etc. Debited my old account with no funds in it, because it's not being used. Cell C your customer etiquette is appalling. Being a customer for over 20 years doesn't mean a thing - Merely but a number. If this not sorted out by the end of the week - I will be reporting all staff members including Cell C to ICASA. Lets see how long this will take..... Good luck with anyone who signs up with Cell C. Getting information out of Cell C is liking trying to get water out of a rock.
TWO COMPLAINTS: 1st complaint: After 5 emails and 3 phone calls, still to date no one has called me back regarding my debit order that didn't come off for the month of June 2021. I have now paid it over into Cell c's account and sent through the pop to customer service and payments email in order for my cell phone contract not go into arrears. 3 consultants I spoke to advised they would arrange that the debit order would come off, which to date still hasn't. So I took it upon myself to pay it over. Because who has double the amount to come off at the end of month???? Really??? The customer service is useless! I still rated all 3 "super stars" because I was under the impression that my debit order would come off and that it was corrected... But I was sadly mistaken. 2nd complaint: I took out a cell phone contract over the phone for an amount of 299 a month. 1st month of new contract, prorata amount with cell contract amount was taken off. That is fine.. 2nd month amount was correct 299 but this month an amount of 349 was debited off my account. When I called in to find out what the hell was happening, I was advised that it was indeed the correct amount and that the sales agent made a mistake. I would of never taken the freaking contract out in the place If I knew the amount was 349 and not 299 as signed up for. Apparently it was escalated and I am still waiting for someone to call me back! I have been a very long time standing client of cell c, more than 10 years and this is the service I have been given!!! If my account is not corrected as in ASAP, I will be taking this to the ombudsman or Cicsa to further my case. Trust me, I will not let this stand! You guys are messing with my livelihood, money and time! Which I DO NOT take lightly...
No warning at all!! Get to the teller to pay for my groceries and I get told my card is declined! How embarrassing it is. When I got my card, a copy of my I'd was given. Why didn't you FICA my account then?? This is utter bull****. You guys better not charge me for the declining swipe. Because then there is going to be ****!! How the hell must I get to work if I can't use my card!! If this isn't sorted out. I am changing banks!!
I was a victim of fraud and identity theft with Home Choice. Eventually after numerous emails, getting the cops involved the matter was corrected! BUT... Still to date my credit record shows that I have an active account with Home Choice with revolving credit. Now this has impacted my credit rating and it was advised by your fraud department that it would be corrected within 7 to 14 days. The weeks has come and gone and nothing has been done!! Not only has Home Choice wrecked my whole life with allowing this person to take a loan out in my name but my f##cing credit record too. If this has not been sorted out within 7 days. I will be advising my representative - ie: detective working my case, to give Home Choice another call !!
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD !!!!! I have had an unauthorized debit come off my account this morning of R641.15 and I don't even have an account with Home Choice!!! This is fraud and I have reported this to my bank and now they are saying I need to make contact with Home Choice in order to get this resolved!!! I then reported this to the fraud department at FNB and they can only reverse the debit order tomorrow. What is there to resolve if I don't even have an account with YOU, nor have I ever bought anything from Home Choice !! I want my money back, otherwise I will be taking this further with the ombudsman.

I am still waiting for customer service to reply to my email after complaining about my order from Debonairs Bothasig, Cape Town. And still to date, no response. Only "We have tried get hold of you"Automated response. Absolute B@#@@!!! I want to be refunded or given the proper freaking order!!!
